Our condo is an end unit located beachfront. The panoramic views are spectacular, the sound of the ocean is relaxing, and the movement of the waves is mesmerizing. We are located in a cozy 4 story building with an elevator and your own private entrance on the first floor, and It feels like your own oasis. Garden City pier is a half mile stroll down the beach which has fishing, food, and entertainment.

As pictured. Very clean & kept well. Definitely in more of a quieter part of Myrtle beach, which I did not mind. Our stay is considered off season, so we had the beach almost to ourselves most days! I imagine once Memorial Day arrives, it picks up a bit. Storage unit had all of the things. (Boogie boards, plenty of chairs, tons of sand toys for the littles) I never got the code for it, but one quick message to Tom & I had it with in 2 min. Pots, pans, cooking utensils are in order. Bring your cooking sprays & seasonings. 3rd floor (we knew going in) & you will get all your steps in going up/down! Towels/washcloths provided in bulk. King size bed is firm so it was a little hard to adjust to, for my personal liking. Fridge was super cold. Air conditioning adjusted as needed. Water pressure was good/hot. Washer/dryer ran like a charm. Nothing bad to say. Would recommend. Tom was great at communicating. Literally the night before making reservations, he responded with answers in minutes!!

We loved this Airbnb! It was beautiful. It is right on the beach in a resort, the pool was great and the hot tubs were great as well. We couldn’t find the parking pass at first, called Mrs.Donna and she was so sweet and nice and we found it. Thank you so much for such great hospitality. Would definitely stay here again!

The perfect spring vacation stay! My husband and I booked for Easter weekend and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The condo was in the perfect location! Very walkable and quiet. The condo was very clean and tidy. The price was very affordable. We even had to shorten our stay by one day and they refunded us for that day! The door pin pad to get into the condo was very convenient because we didn’t need a key. The owners were very helpful and responsive. There were many amenities like the beach chairs, cooler, and towels that we utilized! When we had a minor problem with the air conditioning, the owners responded within minutes and dispatched someone to come fix it! The beach itself was very nice and an easy walk. The beach bar was a nice addition! I look forward to staying here again next year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Playful Pelican. The space was beautifully decorated and you can't beat the views from the balcony or windows. We loved waking up to hearing the ocean waves while sitting on the balcony. Plenty of towels and linens were brand new. The neighborhood had plenty of options for restaurants within walking distance which we took advantage of not having to drive after our arrival. The pools and hot tubs were clean, plenty of lawn lounge chairs for relaxing. We would definitely rent her space again.

My dog and I had a great stay here. The location is amazing, right across the street from beach access and you can hear the ocean as you sleep at night! The apartment building is very quiet and peaceful. We will definitely look up this place if we find ourselves at Surfside Beach in the future!
