The beach is steps away through our exclusive access. The whole building is only 6 units- very peaceful, not like the hub-bub of Myrtle Beach. Second floor, no elevator...Restaurants, bars, golf, fishing, sightseeing, shopping, are all close by. We have added a ring door camera outside unit. Bed linens and towels are provided and included in price.

163 Heron Marsh #64 is a condo located in the Heron Marsh area of the Litchfield by the Sea Resort. It's right beside the beach access and is a very short walk to the ocean. It has two full bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a bonus room off the master set up as a children's room. The resort includes a pool, tennis courts, fishing, crabbing, and is great for biking. It is located in the quiet coastal town of Pawley's Island, but is within an easy drive of the attractions in Myrtle Beach.

The master bedroom and living room with cathedral ceilings have a wall of glass giving you a spectacular view of the sunrise over the ocean. The living area has sliding doors to the balcony overlooking the ocean. The master bedroom has a tempurpedic queen bed. The guest room has a queen bed and a bunkbed for children. The kitchen is well supplied.
