This stone house, on the edge of a small village, in the middle of the hillsides, was built in 1810 on a large plot, it was completely renovated this year. Thanks to the swimming pool (8 m by 4 m) with its large sliding wooden terrace (which also allows it to be closed), the barbecue or the ping-pong table, you can have a good time in the open air. The place also offers beautiful walks with views of the Pyrenees, which are an hour's drive away (Toulouse is also 1 hour away).

Come and recharge your batteries in this peaceful corner of the Gers, less than an hour from Toulouse and 45 minutes from Auch. We offer an entirely new accommodation of 54m² , fully equipped, in a quiet and peaceful environment. The accommodation has a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, as well as a very comfortable double sofa bed. You can get to know our llamas, our donkeys, and our horses. We do not allow pets (dogs).

Un très beau gîte de charme, rénover avec beaucoup de cœur et de goût. Le gite est a 12 minutes de St Girons et ses magasins situé sur le bord d'un hameau rural le Cap d erp , avec vues fabuleux sur les forêts vierges, la vallée, les collines et montagnes. Avec le Col d'Ayens a 2km a pieds ou 3km en voiture c'est un point de départ de rêve des randonneurs, traileurs et cyclistes VTT.
