This stone house, on the edge of a small village, in the middle of the hillsides, was built in 1810 on a large plot, it was completely renovated this year. Thanks to the swimming pool (8 m by 4 m) with its large sliding wooden terrace (which also allows it to be closed), the barbecue or the ping-pong table, you can have a good time in the open air. The place also offers beautiful walks with views of the Pyrenees, which are an hour's drive away (Toulouse is also 1 hour away).

We offer an entirely new accommodation of 54m² , fully equipped, in a quiet and peaceful environment. Un très beau gîte de charme, rénover avec beaucoup de cœur et de goût. Le gite est a 12 minutes de St Girons et ses magasins situé sur le bord d'un hameau rural le Cap d erp , avec vues fabuleux sur les forêts vierges, la vallée, les collines et montagnes. Avec le Col d'Ayens a 2km a pieds ou 3km en voiture c'est un point de départ de rêve des randonneurs, traileurs et cyclistes VTT.
