Great personal welcome. Really suitable for someone who would like to get back to basics in a quiet and peaceful environment.

We had a great couple of days in the guesthouse at Hovin! The guesthouse is super cozy and absolutely perfect if you want to travel a little away from the big city for relaxation. The hosts are also really nice and welcoming ☺️

What a wonderful place and what a breathtaking view! We spent hours just gazing at the mountains from the porch, completely filled with awe and wonder. We also had a great hike up the hill behind the cabin, a well marked trail that takes you up to a point where you can view the mountains on both sides. Absolutely stunning! The cabin is well maintained and equipped, and really had everything we as a family of four needed - including board games I haven’t played since my childhood. The cabin is modern and energy efficient, and it was easy and quick to get the right room temperature. Everything is clean and really neatly organised, which makes it easy to get settled and just slip into relax mode. We would love to come back and would highly recommend this cabin for everyone who is looking for a quiet hide away in magnificent nature.

If you are looking for something truly unique, peaceful and surrounded by nature, Truls’ cabin is for you. I spent almost 6 weeks here and everything was just PERFECT. The cabin is spotless, well maintain and with modern appliances - all in perfect order. The washing machine is a washer/dryer which is great. Beds are comfy, and views are out of this world. To add to the experience, these are probably the best hosts I have found on Airbnb. Responsive, kind, happy to answer any questions and with incredible attention to details when it comes to making the cabin ready for guests. The sauna is also excellent! Thank you for a wonderful experience, I will be back!!
