The Jetty Cozy Cottage is located on a small dead end residential street on wetland habitat. It's only a block to a semi-secluded area of Siletz bay. Relax on the back porch while listening to eagles, great blue herons and beautiful song birds. Dig for dinner in the bay for delicious clams. Have a beer overlooking the bay from Pelican Brewery, only a block away. Relax around the fire-pit after a day of adventures roasting marshmallows. And you are just a short drive to many local attractions!

The Beach Bungalow is the perfect beach getaway for families. It is located in the desirable Olivia Beach neighborhood in Lincoln City. As such, guests can enjoy common space amenities such as Olivia Beach's private beach access, a park with a play structure for children, a sand volleyball court, & a fire pit for roasting s'mores. If you feel like hanging back, the Beach Bungalow has rocking chairs on the porch for reading, a private hot tub, and a wide collection of family board games.

From the backyard, you will see eagles, osprey, otters, and the occasional seal. Chill out by the fire pit overlooking the water, or take a soak in the hot tub and star gaze! There is no light pollution, so on a clear night, frequent shooting stars can be seen! Feel free to say hello to our Kitty, Coco! She may be around hanging out.

It's a great place to relax, listen to the waves crash and spend time with loved ones! Greycoast makes a nice alternative to a conference hotel stay and is a short drive to all the activities of Lincoln City and Depoe Bay. Perfect for couples or families, amenities include modern convenience (dishwasher, wifi, roku) as well as the classics: sticks and stars and trails and trees.

The deck and fenced yard are the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring all Lincoln City has to offer.
