Our Little Beach House is a 1,546 sq. ft. beautiful new home built in June 2019 in Gleneden Beach (nestled between Lincoln City and Depoe Bay). Beach Access 3 minute walk at the end of our street. Dig your toes in the sand and enjoy the quiet, peaceful beach or walk to the nearby shops, restaurants, Spa, or Golf. This 3 bedroom & 2 1/2 bath features two master suites, a gourmet kitchen, custom cabinetry and countertops. Everything is NEW from furniture, mattresses, to linens. Yard fenced.

Mid Mod Beach Retreat is a perfect place to stay while you visit Lincoln City. Guests love the gorgeous sunsets moonsets, and wild deer; also the decor, location, and 800ft walking distance to the beach. We now have a wonderful relaxing hot tub to offer our guests, $ 50 fee to use during your entire stay. Lets us know if you want to use it, so we can send a payment request and unlock it. Well behaved pets welcomed $50 fee. No Parties No smoking on property No unauthorized guests or pets

Blue Door Retreat is a stylish, family-friendly getaway with room to relax and play. The home features 3 bedrooms plus a bunk room, 3 full bathrooms, and a fun game room with ping pong, foosball, and Ms. Pac-Man. Unwind in the upper-deck hot tub, grill on the gas BBQ, or gather around the fire pit. Enjoy movie nights with a 77” OLED TV w/ surround sound and an additional 65” OLED TV. Dog-friendly (dogs only). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Additional $75 cleaning fee for dogs. Please notify us when making a reservation if you are bringing a pet. No keys to lose or to return! We provide secure keyless entry to the home.

One block from the beach with all the amenities of home. Comfortable setting with televisions both upstairs and downstairs. Great island in kitchen for cooking or game night. Relax in the sun on our side deck or patio below and enjoy a tranquil sunset on our front deck. Family environment. No smoking inside. No parties or events. Check in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Parking is limited to two cars.
