Family-friendly vacation rentals in Lincoln City

We added 2 extra days to our stay!! The view is beautiful and the beds are comfortable. We liked the low fully enclosed balcony and how it was higher off the ground for a ground floor unit. Possibly 2 feet high. Would work nice for those with young children for safety. We kept the windows open to allow airflow with no AC and felt safe due to the patio being enclosed as well. Some of the other ground floor units are walk out patios and I would not have liked that. Jeannine gifted a bottle of wine and left some great suggestions that we appreciated. The condo has everything you need with many extras in the pantry and front closet. I was pleasantly surprised. It took a few days to spot a whale, but the included binoculars and telescope in the condo was very helpful when we finally did. Pro tip, watch for all the tour boats to gather in one area, it means something has been spotted. Great tide pooling at Fogarty beach(2 miles up the road)during low tide even without a negative low tide

Very nice place to stay. Used hot tub on upper floor, wonderful view, somewhat of a hike, if any problems with walking, but we managed even with bad knees. Would definitely stay again. Great location.

This place was beautiful! The floor plan was really open, nice kitchen space and big bedrooms. The surrounding area was quiet and serene. It was nice having a private home away from the beach crowds. Squeaky clean home when we arrived and our hosts were very kind. Highly recommend!

A great stand-alone residence... excellent parking, very quiet and private, well equipped and easy access to major highway and local towns. Highly recommended..

This house was amazing! We really enjoyed the backyard with our dogs. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay with family. Kitchen is huge and perfect for cooking meals together. The location is perfect and walkable to various beach access to the calm and less populated bay. We also walked to the wetlands trail with our stroller. Some parts of the trail are not stroller friendly but we made it work. The beds were clean and comfortable, it does get a little cold at night but the two fireplaces made it cozy. The laundry room was equipped with everything and we utilized that to wash some clothes that got dirty at the beach. We will definitely be back with more family as the house is large enough to accommodate more than we traveled with this time. Sue is very responsive and helpful. For a nearby dinner I highly recommend the rusty truck. House felt toddler friendly with pack n play and baby gates available.

We had a great time in Lincoln City. I love the view from the main windows and we definitely enjoyed the hot tub over looking the ocean. We were able to walk straight to the beach every night. I would say that this place is the most stocked Airbnb I have seen and everything is labeled so you don't have to guess where anything goes. For the number of people we had it still felt like we had room to spread out which is nice. Love that there are so many full baths as well. So much comfortable seating as well in the main area which I appreciate. You really have everything you need including stuff for the beach and laundry. We could have stayed even longer and been happy. The only note I have is for people who have older guests or people with mobility issues coming with you. My parents had a bit of a hard time because this place is all stairs and the drive way and the road to the place is very steep. It is not the place's fault but something to consider.

My husband and I have a great time staying here and exploring the coast! We were celebrating a lot of milestones for us and it’s a trip we won’t forget and hope to be back in the future!

Absolutely loved our stay! The property is perfectly located at about a 15-minute walk from the beach. Clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated with a relaxed coastal vibe. The host was friendly and responsive. Perfect spot for a peaceful getaway—highly recommend!

Incredible location tucked in the woods above the neighborhood, but minutes from town and amenities. Loved walking out the back and up the trail to the Knoll - will definitely be returning.

We took a vacation with our 3 of our kids and 3 grandchildren (11 total). The house was plenty big enough, each family had a master bathroom to themselves, there was plenty of "spaces" to hang out in and relax. We never felt like we were tripping over each other. The house is absolutely beautiful, well cared for, and in a great location to the beach! Just have to cross the street...it's that close! I would highly recommend this house for anyone with a larger group as there is ample space. Was very appreciative of all the "household" items that were available as well. Most places don't supply so much stuff and it really felt like home. (Just bigger!) We will definitely look for availability in this home for a future use.

Great place to stay! Less than a one minute walk to the beach. Close to shops, restaurants. House was fully stocked, including kid plates/silverware. Beware there are two sets of stairs (no baby gates) if you are traveling with small kids. There are plenty of kid toys and books, which my kids (1 and 4) loved! We would definitely stay here again!

Good value, nice clean place

Great place! Well appointed home. Nicely outfitted kitchen. Ashley is very sweet and accommodating. The location is great. Walkable to the beach and Sitka Sedge.

We loved our stay! The location is absolutely amazing. Very private and relaxing, yet within quick driving distance to Newport where you can find lots of stores and things to do! The town of Otter Rock itself is tiny, but does have a Mo’s restaurant which is open for lunch and absolutely delicious! The cabin was cozy yet had plenty of space for us and our 3 young girls. The beds are very comfortable. The beach was beautiful (although it was quite the trek back uphill, it was so worth it!) The picnic/fire pit areas were a great place for our family to hang out and our kids to run around in the evenings to burn off energy. The onsite manager was very kind and she even offered our kids some kites and chalk to draw on the blacktop with. We felt very welcome and right at home! We would absolutely return for another stay!

Can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed Ray’s Place! It was perfect for our big family, from our 1 year old grandchild, to our teenagers, to our 85 year old parents! Highly recommend!

Thanks so much for a fantastic week. The view was incredible, the place was very cute and clean. Paul was very responsive to messages. The stairs to the beach are a little challenging for someone with mobility issues, but I went into it knowing that would be the case. There is a very accessible beach ramp a couple of blocks to the south. Had a great, relaxing time and I'm now inviting my friends to coordinate renting both sides of the duplex for next time.

My wife and I celebrated our first anniversary and stayed for one night, the host went above and beyond in all aspects. Not only were they responsive, but they left us a surprise as well as a happy anniversary card and some sparkling cider to drink. It was a very pleasant surprise. We absolutely loved our stay, the sunset from the balcony was amazing and the bed was extremely comfortable!!! I’d highly recommend and definitely will be back.!!!!

Whitney's home is a wonderful, cozy space from which to explore the beauty of the Oregon coast. Great birding opportunities abound, including the peaceful riverfront deck. Cottage was very clean, well appointed and private. Already looking forward to our next stay! Thank you Whitney!

Fantastic experience staying here! Amazing location, quiet and clean neighborhood. The patio area was superb and very relaxing with lots of seating! The kitchen had everything we needed for the stay (coffee pot, cooking utensils, cutlery etc) 10/10 recommended for anyone wanting a relaxing comfortable home that has a breathtaking view of the ocean!

Wow! This place was such a perfect get away! The beach is literally right there and magnificent! Our first 2 days were rainy but it was so peaceful and relaxing to be right on the beach that we got food brought in and just enjoyed our view! Great spot!

We had the best time at Belle Rive! The house was beautiful, and decorated for Christmas! It was such a fun surprise and made us feel right at home. We also brought our two dogs with us, and there was a dog bed with toys put out for them! The views from the house are incredible. Truly a magical place. The amenities were exactly as described (we made good use of the sauna and hot tub!) and had a helpful house manual with instructions. Marty was very communicative, and checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed. We went down to the beach almost every day. The only thing to be aware of is that the beach access requires walking down some lengthy stairs, then down a narrow path, and finally over rocks to get to the sand. There is public parking beach access a mile or two down the road, but to access the beach directly from the house is not advisable for people with accessibility concerns. We had a lovely time and fully intend to return!

Our stay here couldn’t be more perfect. The balcony was one of my favorite parts of the house. Such a great view any time of day. Perfect location as well, right on the beach, right next to all the shops and good restaurants!
