La Maison Mignonne is renovated stone cottage, situated in a quiet hamlet in the Haute-Vienne region of South West France. It has been sympathetically restored, combining traditional character with contemporary comfort. There are two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two singles), bathroom (with bath and shower), and open plan lounge-kitchen downstairs. All mod cons are provided: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, wood-burning stove, TV.

Surrounded by the Limousin forest, but 2 km from small shops, you will experience exceptional calm in this cottage, the feeling of being away from the world, the forgotten charm of dark nights. Within the 8 ha property, 4 private ponds and a river will delight fishermen, boat ride enthusiasts... The cottage is also the starting point for superb hikes, on foot or by mountain bike. A 7-minute drive to Lake Saint Pardoux, its beaches and aquatic center, and water sports.

Brive-la-Gaillarde (15 min), Gorges de la Vézère (20 min), Gouffre de la Fage (20 min), and the most beautiful villages in France: Aubazine and Turenne (25 min), St Robert and Collonges la Rouge (35 min).

Come and enjoy the calm of the Limousin countryside in a pleasant little studio house. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, shower room, room with a 140 bed and dining area. The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.

This small house is located 5 minutes from the A20, 10 km from Argenton-sur-Creuse, 10 km from Saint-Benoît-du-Sault, 14 km from Eguzon: you can easily discover this beautiful region. Please note, the house does not have Wi-Fi and the phone network is not very good: you will therefore be forced to relax, rest and enjoy nature! In winter, heating is only by wood-burning stove. You can sit in the armchairs, nice and warm.

Come and discover the Mill of Verrines, in Creuse! It is a fully restored 19th century building housed in a green and quiet setting. A fully equipped cottage for 4 to 6 people awaits you.
