Enjoy the simplicity of this peaceful place. A bright apartment, next to Plaza de José Bono, in Noblejas, with 1 bedroom, a living room, a full bathroom with shower, and a separate kitchen. Equipped with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Excellent location, perfect starting point for visiting: Toledo, 40 minutes away Madrid, 50 minutes away. Airport 55 minutes away Cuenca, 1 hour and 10 minutes away Aranjuez 20 min away Chinchón 35 minutes away... We are in the center with very good communication.

A spacious terrace features a large wooden dining table set for four, complemented by elegant tableware. An umbrella provides shade, while expansive views of the surrounding cityscape are visible under a bright blue sky. Glass doors lead into the interior.

We had many problems with guests making noise and upsetting the neighbours. NO PARTIES. NO NOISE AFTER 10.30pm. NO SMOKING INSIDE. This apartment was brilliantly located right in the heart of Madrid on Gran Via. The apartment is very comfortable and had everything we needed and expected. All very clean and well equipped. The host and colleague really helped me with a tricky situation - I had to find a replacement tyre for my car and whilst my Spanish is poor, they recommended a couple of useful options to help me get the car fixed. I really appreciated the support and help. We would highly recommend this apartment.

I had a nice stay in Elena's house. Friendly family. Comfortable and cool (in June) room, very clean and we'll equipped. Save neighborhood, easy parking, few minutes walking to Renfe station, from there, less than 30 minutes, you will be in Madrid central. Good option for short or long stay. Recommended.

Marina and her place are lovely! Brilliant communication before my trip and she was flexible on my check-in times. She even gave me some recommendations for wine and food. I only wish I spoke better Spanish so we could chat more :)
