Cool quiet place to stay just outside of rennes

Great stay in this quiet country house but with a nice location since it is minutes from the road infrastructure making it easy to travel to Rennes and its surroundings. House particularly well maintained and very well equipped with quality utensils, accessories and furniture. Very friendly welcome and particularly responsive host.

Antoine's accommodation was impeccable: very clean, well arranged and really pleasant to live in. Everything has been thought out for guest comfort. Antoine was always caring, available and attentive throughout the stay. A great experience, I would highly recommend it.

We were delighted with the house. The property's park is beautiful, well maintained, it offers a very peaceful environment close to Rennes or the exhibition center. There are beautiful animals, especially ponies that come to see newcomers. The owner was very responsive and contributed to the success of our brief stay. Thank you. Very friendly host and accommodation quite suitable for 9 people

The apartment was beautifully set and exceptionally clean. Everything was thoughtfully laid out, combining functionality with style in a calm and quiet area. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and even the sofa bed had a top quality mattress and pillows, something you don’t often find! The garden was huge and perfect for the dogs to enjoy, which made a big difference to our stay. It felt very secure, and we didn’t hear any noise from the road at all. The host was quick to respond and really helpful throughout. We would definitely make a point of coming back to this area just to stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others. A real gem.

I came to visit my daughter who is studying in Rennes. I had a lovely weekend. Very nice attention from Jerome. The studio is very clean and functional. Great location and very quiet. Jérôme suggested that I park my vehicle as close as possible to the location. I would highly recommend it and if I have the opportunity, I will come back to the same place.

Very functional accommodation, everything is done to welcome visitors pleasantly. Small touches in each room, (water bottles, treats for breakfast, coffee capsules, etc.) the instructions are clear and precise for everyday life (rules of good conduct, etc.) and everything is well organized.

Great stay at Zabeth and Pascal's. Nice personal reception, with explanation of the excellent equipment and the area. Refrigerator filled with soft drinks, yogurt, butter, jam, etc. Furthermore, sufficient coffee is available, including for the Dolce Gusto. Apartment is very tasteful and trendy. The apartment is located on a dead-end street, close to the city center. Therefore, it is very quiet in the street and no noise nuisance. These superhosts with their beautiful 2 private apartments, are definitely recommended. Thanks for the super nice stay. R&R

I had a pleasant stay at May's place. I had to participate in the Transmusicales de Rennes and finding this place nearby was a real stroke of luck. The accommodation is impeccable. May is always available and attentive. A delight for any traveler.

The property is at the top of its best! Well located (10 minutes walk from the center) and on a quiet street. The billiards, the balneo and the massage shower are very nice! Boris was very responsive. Going there without so much as a second thought

Couldn’t ask for a better location for St Malo. Plenty of space for the 5 of us. Layout of kitchen was interesting given such an odd shape. An exhaust fan would have been useful when using hot plates. Nespresso machine was appreciated and variety of pods. Being a 300yo building be prepared for squeaky floors. Pasquale checked us in and gave some recommendations, highly recommend the fresh seafood platter. So much to enjoy. Unfortunately the weather turned cold and rainy for our stay so photos don’t look flash. Highly recommend
