This newly renovated accommodation in a 15th century mansion, offers you all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay in the Brittany region. Decorated in a modern and cozy way, while keeping the spirit of this building, we hope that you will spend the most pleasant time in these places. Located 5 minutes from the Paris-Rennes road, 6-7 minutes from Vitré, 30 minutes from Rennes, 1 hour from Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel, you will enjoy the assets of the region in peace.

Small house

My place is good for couples and families. It is located in the center of a Rennes, Vitré, Fougères triangle: 25 min from Rennes, 20 min from Fougères and 15 min from Vitré. We are 1 hour from Saint Malo and Mont Saint Michel. You can park in the small courtyard just in front of the rental to get settled. Do not leave the car in this place during the day, it is our entrance. Parking possible in the church square 50 m above the accommodation.

Welcome to our home You will have at your disposal the floor of our house which you will access through an independent entrance. On the ground floor, possibility of using an independent kitchen. Completely restored, the dormitory offers two double beds and two single beds, a desk area and a bathroom with shower. We were keen to furnish this space with taste and hope you will find well-being during this break.

Independent studio, classified and labeled 2 stars, in a small quiet corner, with all the comforts you need to stay for a weekend or a longer stay. Furnished by us, you have a sleeping area (1 double bed + possibility of adding an extra mattress or baby bed on request), a kitchen area, a living room, a shower-wc room) + a small terrace, facing south. 5-minute walk to shops and 10 minutes to SNCF train station.

In a very quiet cul-de-sac, it is located at the gates of Rennes, 2 minutes from exit 26 of the A84. 1 hour to St Malo and Mont Saint Michel.
