The house is just as described in the listing. We were three families, 12 people in total, with children between 2-9 years old and they had a phenomenal time, the house is super comfortable for families. The communication with the host is great, anything we needed or questions we had was resolved.

The house was super comfortable and the place was unbeatable. Having breakfast in the garden with views of nature was incredible and we, who went with a puppy, were able to enjoy watching her run in the garden and enjoy it as much as we did. We really loved it! Such a cozy and lovely place, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Convenient, clean, and the views from the window are beautiful — it was a joy to stay here.

Manuel's house was cozy, everything was clean and made a very satisfactory first impression, the area is spectacular, the beach is very close, places of interest and very well connected, whenever we travel the purpose is to disconnect and relax without being aware of the time and I think we have achieved it because we were left wanting more.

A perfect stay, the apartment is next to the seaside beach and very close to the crazy one, perfect plan to surf since it also has a surf school next to the house. Manuel was very kind and attentive to our needs, and on the floor we were very comfortable, it is as described. In short, a very nice and quiet stay to spend a few days at the beach.

We had a wonderful four days in this comfortable relaxing apartment. We felt instantly at home there and were able to cook for ourselves easily in the compact but well equipped kitchen space. The apartment was a perfect base for some amazing walks, two (easily more) from the front door, that both seemed magically to end up at the bar by the little Rio Nivandi (from where the apartments presumably get their name) in Espinsma just nearby - thirst quenching cañas of Radler and Ambar flowing nicely!

This is the second time we've stayed at their house, and we're delighted, great service and the house is in a beautiful place, you can walk to the plains, go for a run, walk the dog, who can also bathe in the river while you walk, very quiet area with easy parking. We will definitely be back.

Apartment in an unbeatable location to enjoy a few days of relaxation and nature. It is exactly as shown in the photos, cozy and very secluded and clean. The house has an excellent location to visit the area and is located in a very quiet place. It is fully equipped very clean. It is cozy and perfect for a family vacation. Make a special mention of the large patio since if you go with children it is ideal. Felix is very helpful and helpful at all times. 100% Recommended. Surely we will repeat.

Exceptional accommodation. With all kinds of amenities and services, everything is new or almost new, well located next to the highway and just a 10-minute drive from Santander or numerous fantastic places and places to visit. Although as dice is close to the highway it is a place full of tranquility. We have not made use of it but they also have a large restaurant with a large terrace and free parking. Communication with Javier our host is quick and very easy and was very friendly allowing us to enter the apartment before the indicated time. Without a doubt it is a place to keep repeating accommodation as long as we come back in Cantabria

The apartment is well located, in a nearby area, walking, in the center of comillas but quiet, close to the CA-135 to take the A8 and move around. The house stands out for its careful decoration, cleanliness and comfort of its beds. Communication with Nuria was easy, valuable and very pleasant in the deal.

The apartment is small but for what we wanted it to be sleeping was great, it has a lovely terrace the pity that we could not use it for the bad weather but it would definitely repeat
