Monthly Rentals in Lido Peninsula

We had a great time staying here! The studio is located right in the downtown area of Newport Beach with the water and lots of restaurants a few steps away! We came for our honeymoon and the studio was the perfect amount of space for two people. The balcony was really nice to have as well! We did wish there was a dresser so we didn’t have to live out of suitcases, but everything else was awesome!

I was super lucky to find this place and it be available . I’ve stayed in many Airbnbs and this one is by far is the best! Location, upgrades throughout, comfortable but not too soft beds, instruction left for every gadget and the quality of the cookware, Gwen thought of every kitchen tool one would want and I have Lenox butterfly, so I felt right at home.

This house is in an amazing spot. Restaurants and bars are close by. Walkable to the beach. I loved the automation in the house and everything was how it was described. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Brindy was an amazing host and extremely responsive. The Airbnb was better than described, spotless and well appointed. The location couldn’t be better! I stayed for nearly three months and would absolutely stay with Brindy at this property or any other again.
