The space is perfect for a couple, but in a walk-through living room, another guest sleeps on a sofa bed. Swimming pool, sports hall and dam are 2 minutes walk, supermarket 5 minutes, various public transport options also within walking distance, it is 20 minutes walk to the center. Free parking is available on the street. Cross-country skiing and bikes can be stored in the hallway.

Equipped kitchen with a single hot plate, microwave, kettle, basic dishes and groceries. Bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and basic amenities. The room has a spacious bed with bedding, a desk and many printed materials with information about the place and the surrounding area.

You will find absolutely everything you could need during your stay, including all hygiene and cleaning products, a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine and a few capsules. In December 2025, the apartment was renovated, modernized and painted, we have a new vinyl floor, a new quiet refrigerator, a design panel behind the TV with lighting.

Skog is modern apartment designed in a minimalist Scandi style, using mostly natural materials in the interior. It has about 70m2 and includes 2 separate bedrooms. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 03/2026.

A full-size double bed in a separate bedroom has the option of a crib and a futon layout (couches in the living room 140 x 200).  Your whole family will rest in this quiet space. A variety of all-weather trips nearby and every season. A cross-country skiing paradise, not just small skiers, mountain hiking enthusiasts, etc.

Lípa Apartment (68m2) offers accommodation for 5 people. It offers a living room with a kitchenette and two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, the other offers 1 bunk bed and 1 sofa bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped (oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster. The living room has a flat-screen TV with satellite reception and free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. The apartment includes a terrace (11m2) with outdoor seating.

In the city center, bus stop to Bedrichov 20 meters. In Bedrichov a lots of opportunities for mountain biking in the summer or skiing and cross-country skiing in the winter. Accomodation available for single travelers, families with kids. Small pets are OK. Breakfast is included and it is served in the deli store Lahudky Vahala (downstairs, same building as the apartment).

We offer accommodation in the center of Liberec on the 1st floor of a historic villa from 1900 in a renovated apartment. It is a studio apartment consisting of one room with a double bed, a kitchenette with a dining table and a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. Pets welcome.
