This is the most unique apartment, the only one in the Gava Mar area, which ocupies a whole floor of a building overlooking the Mediterranean sea. Nice apartment with terrace close to Fira Montjuic

Modern apartment fully equipped with nice terrace and swimming pool. Close to Plaça Espanya / Montjuic. The public transport connections from the appartement are very good. The next Metro Stop (Espanya) is about 100m away from the appartment. Many buses just stop in the square.And you will never have a problem to get a taxi in a few seconds. The bus to the airport is just close to the building The apartment is surrounded by many restaurants, museums, ATMs and one big mall (Las Arenas).

Our swimming pool is OPEN, because we have the most advanced system for water recycling, purifying, and sterilizing. Apartamento con mucho encanto y moderno de 65m2 y con capacidad max. de 4 personas. El piso esta ubicado en el corazón del animado y auténtico barrio del Poble Sec, muy conocido por sus restaurantes de pintxos y cafés.
