The apartment is located in Lezzeno, a beautiful village on the shores of Lake Como, just 200 meters from the free swimming beach. It is also close to the most renowned Bellagio (10 minutes by car or bus) and the best points of the lake: Villa Balbianello, Villa Melzi, Villa Carlotta, Varenna, Menaggio...... The apartment is spacious, bright and with all the comforts to accommodate couples and friends. In addition, from the large terrace you have a beautiful lake view. (facing Villa Balbianello and Isola Comacina).

Cà del Bif

Cà del Bif overlooks the pier of the village of Nesso; the house dates back to the 1600s and has been our holiday residence for generations. Here we all learned to swim, practiced various water sports, went on many excursions and then met up in the evening all together on the pier to fish. In 1925, Hitchcock filmed The Pleasure Garden here. The apartment is about 50 square meters with a bedroom, bathroom and living room. Cà del Bif is reached by walking along a medieval cobblestone road (200 m from the church)

Located on the third floor, it enjoys a beautiful view of the lake and the promontory of Villa del Balbianello. Consisting of an entrance hall, living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, it is located a few meters from the clubs, hotels and restaurants that animate the Tremezzo lakefront: one of the most evocative spots of the Lake Como Greenway.

LaDimora was built in 1850 on the Strada Regia. This is a Roman (donkey) path that connects Como with Bellagio. In the renovation of this cozy farmhouse, all conceivable modern amenities were combined with the beautiful old atmosphere elements. LaDimora is within walking distance of the beach, the bus stop, several restaurants, a bar, canoe and (speed) boat rental and a supermarket where you can buy fresh bread daily and also order pizza (order one day in advance).

The apartment is located in a recently renovated building in a quiet historic village of Lezzeno, 6 km from Bellagio. It has a double bed and a single bed. The building furnished with the guest's works has a large outdoor courtyard, the living room is shared with the balcony from which you can enjoy a charming view of the Balbianello and Lake Como center. The beach, restaurants and food stores are within walking distance through the village streets.
