Cà del Bif

Cà del Bif si affaccia sul molo del borgo di Nesso; la casa risale al 1600 ed è la residenza delle nostre vacanze da generazioni. Qua tutti noi abbiamo imparato a nuotare, praticato vari sport acquatici, fatte molte escursioni per poi ritrovarci, la sera tutti insieme sul molo a pescare. Nel 1925 Hitchcock ha girato qui The Pleasure Garden. L'appartamento è di circa 50 mq con camera da letto, bagno e living. Cà del Bif si raggiunge percorrendo una strada ciotola medioevale (200 m dalla chiesa)

L'appartamento si trova a Lezzeno, bellissimo paese sulle sponde del Lago di Como, a soli 200 metri dalla spiaggia libera balneabile. È inoltre vicino alla piu' rinomata Bellagio (10 minuti d'auto o bus) e ai migliori punti del lago: Villa Balbianello, Villa Melzi, Villa Carlotta,Varenna,Menaggio...... L'appartamento é spazioso, luminoso e con tutti i comfort per ospitare coppie e amici. Inoltre dall'ampia terrazza si ha una splendida vista lago. (fronte Villa Balbianello e Isola Comacina).

LaDimora werd gebouwd in 1850 aan de Strada Regia. Dit is een Romeins (ezels)pad dat Como met Bellagio verbindt. Bij de renovatie van dit sfeervolle boerenhuis werden alle denkbare moderne voorzieningen gecombineerd met de mooie oude sfeer elementen. LaDimora ligt op wandel afstand van het strand, de bushalte, verschillende restaurants, een bar, kano- en (speed)bootverhuur en een supermarkt waar je dagelijks vers brood kunt kopen en ook pizza kunt bestellen (één dag van te voren bestellen).

L'edificio arredato con opere dell'ospite dispone di un ampia corte esterna, il soggiorno è comune con il balcone da cui si gode una incantevole vista sul Balbianello e centro Lago di Como. La spiaggia, ristoranti e alimentari sono raggiungibili a piedi attraverso le vie del borgo.
