We had a great time with the family at Anna and Marco's. The apartment is conveniently located close to the lake and entertainment, very welcoming and well-equipped. We were able to take beautiful walks using only public transportation. We particularly appreciated Marco's personalized advice and availability during the stay. The contact by interposed messages was very friendly. We'll be happy to go back!

Apartment as advertised. No complaints. Impeccable cleanliness! Good to know for people who have minor walking problems...there are many stairs to go down to the village but in return we have a magnificent view overlooking the lake and now we have concrete calves! 😀

The apartment was absolutely perfect! Incredible views, easy to find, clean, and there are several businesses within walking distance. Moreno is the best!! He was extremely friendly, helpful, and beyond accommodating. He really goes above and beyond for his guests. Absolutely loved our stay here!

Beautiful, relaxing place to stay with incredible views of the lake… only 25 steps to the water from the property! There have been reviews where the parking was described as difficult but it’s now super easy … the middle spot in a private parking deck right off the road. It’s best to come with a car to get to the nearby towns and restaurants. It’s a short walk from the property to coffee and a market with fresh pastries and pasta. We had a wonderful time here.

We stayed here for two nights with our French bulldog and wanted to spend a nice time at Lake Como away from the tourist hustle and bustle. This is definitely possible in Andrea's chalet. In addition, the ferry port is very close, so nothing stood in the way of a trip to Varenna and Bellagio. In Pianello itself there are few, but good restaurants, it is a bit local and really quiet. We loved the place. Andrea also provided us with tips and the ferry schedule and was available at all times. PS: Get a pizza at a nearby pizzeria and enjoy it in your garden overlooking the lake. We did that on the second and last evening.

Luisella and Fermo were PERFECT hosts! My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Guilia House. The house is so charming - it felt like such a privilege to stay there and experience the history and beauty of the home and village of Fiumelatte. We especially loved the garden area that Luisella is cultivating - the views in the evening are spectacular! The walk to Varenna is an easy one with amazing views of the lake, mountains, and villages along the shore. This rental is not for everyone, however. Folks with mobility issues or toddlers should be aware that the rooms are all on different floors and connected by a cement staircase in the center of the home. If this is not a concern, then you will be treated to an authentic 'old world' Italian experience. We adored Luisella and Fermo - what a kind and generous couple! We are SO grateful for their hospitality. They welcomed us as if we were family and we will cherish them as if they are ours.

Lovely apartment with spectacular view. Friendly and responsive host. Especially liked the extra little things, like additional towels for swimming, and extra adapters for charging devices. Would be happy to come back.

Manuele was an amazing host. He sent us so many recommendations and even got us a super good deal on a private boat tour. The place was very nice, roomy, and the pool and are was super nice. Be ready for a decently long walk though if you want to go into the main part of town.

Alessandra was absolutely amazing, not only while we were there, but leading up to our stay. It felt like we made a friend in Italy. She was friendly, communicative, and helpful! The airline lost our bags and she kept checking in to see if we had an update. She truly went above and beyond! The Airbnb was so clean and welcoming! Right across the street from Lake Como! Beautiful area! Would recommend to anyone!

The place is beautiful and very well located. You have a fantastic view of the lake and some hiking opportunities in the area. The apartment is about 10 minutes by car from Colico and it is super quiet. The pool and pool loungers are also great.

Clean apartment with everything we needed for our trip. Beds were comfty and clean. A short walk to Bellagio (some hills involved FYI in case of mobility issues). Parking was convenient for us too.

Andrea was very responsive all the time. Andrea’s place is beautiful. Very modern and clean and had everything my wife and I needed including an iron, washing machine, and a cool sound system. The kitchen was fully functional as well. The views from the balcony and bedroom are amazing. Just as shown in the pictures. Andrea had many suggestions of things to do and places where to eat that were quite helpful. Our stay was very enjoyable. This place is truly a gem in Lago di Como.

A big and heartfelt thank you to Emilio for the wonderful week we spent in his apartment and at the campsite! Sometimes random finds are the best finds :-) We could now repeat the same things from the previous positive reviews, but we will keep it short and confirm everything written so far! But still, in addition to the impeccable apartment, we would like to highlight the exceptionally clean and very beautiful surroundings, more precisely the campsite incl. the super (large) pool and with everything else the campsite has to offer and to which the apartment is attached. We hope that in the near future we will have the opportunity to spend our Pentecost vacation there again!

We stayed at Francesca’s home for the first part of our honeymoon. Prior to our stay, we found Francesca to be very attentive, responsive and lovely to chat with. Her home is beautiful and is in a lovely area on Lake Como. There are many restaurants in walking distance as well as the town beach and a beach bar. The views are spectacular and the access to the beach is excellent. We would recommend this stay to anyone.

A lovely accommodation with an amazing view! Laglio was great, as it was calmer than other places around Como lake and it was not touristy. Lovely host that makes sure that you have a good time and gives tips about food and activities in the area. I will definitely come back!

My siblings and I, + our significant others, traveled to Italy for the first time together for our cousins wedding in Florence. We decided to find a place to relax after the busy wedding festivities and always wanted to visit Lake Como. When I saw this listing I knew it would be the perfect place for us. Oh, how right I was!!! Villa Nella could not have been a more perfect stay. The views were absolutely breathtaking (even from the bathrooms)! We truly felt so at peace and so comfortable in this home. It is so conveniently located to everything, and we had the best time exploring the town of Varenna and all of the beauty it has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed being outdoors on the front balcony and the side yard! The weather for us was PERFECT. The beds were all very comfortable and the bathrooms were very spacious. They also had a packet of all of their recommendations for dining out, shopping, sightseeing, etc. that was very helpful. We can’t wait to come back again soon! ❤️

Wow! What a beautiful flat. Nicoletta was very responsive! She was by far one of the best host on Airbnb. The place was beautiful!! Clean and very spacious! More spacious than the picture showed!! THE VIEW! While it’s got a smaller view than most would want of como it still was amazing and very lovely to sit on the balcony and drink a glass of wine at night or eat a croissant and drink an espresso in the morning. Nicoletta was very responsive in so many ways. She fixed the one issue we had instantly without a fuss. That alone I wanna give her 10/5! She had recommendations on the spot for everything. She replied very fast and it was so nice. We are already want to come back!!

The apartment has everything one needs and is very well located, with a mini market, a café and a bus location nearby. There are also a few restaurants and a boat stop at a walking distance. The place is very comfy and has stunning views of the lake. Manuela is very friendly and responsive. I hope we can come back one day!

Together as a couple, we really enjoyed the central location of this charming, beautifully furnished apartment. The apartment is very quiet despite its immediate proximity to the piazza and the restaurants & bars as well as the shops. The lake can be reached on foot in less than 2 minutes. You should definitely enjoy the espresso and the morning sun with a view of the palm trees on the small balcony. Fortunately, it provides wonderful shade in the afternoon on warm days. Communication with the hosts Raymond and Nadine was excellent & above all they are very helpful! We easily stayed in this Bijoux all May and felt at home in Ascona. We will be back soon!

Camillo was a really great host, very responsive and helpful with the turbulent journey we had getting there. The location of the property is spectacular and it was quite close to all there is to do in varenna. Highly recommend.
