We loved this place with it's large, beautiful garden full of little nooks to sit in and it's spectacular view of the water. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for children. The kitchen was well equipped, the rest of the house clean and nicely furnished. There is a lovely little bakery nearby. What we enjoyed most was the peaceful and picturesque surroundings and the Olivier and his wife gave us excellent suggestions for things to do and answered all our questions promptly.

We stayed here with a group of 10 friends. The accommodation is very spacious and ideal for large groups with or without children. The pool is not too big but provides a wonderful cooling. It is located in a quiet neighborhood where few cars or people pass, so no noise. There is plenty of material available (such as cutlery, plates, seating) and the rooms are spacious and well arranged (plenty of beds, bathrooms & toilets). Communication was very smooth, both before and during the stay. Highly recommended!

Cozy and lovely place in quiet surroundings in the countryside. Beautiful little house and many opportunities to sit outside, beautiful large garden and lots of wildlife nearby. We felt welcome and would like to stay there again.

Perfect stay! Christine is a particularly welcoming, kind and smiling person. The house matches the photos and description. When we arrived everything was very clean and there were small gifts for an aperitif, happiness! The house is very well-equipped, you really don't need to think about anything, there is everything you might need. We came in early March and during this period the environment was super quiet. The beach is a 5-minute drive away and offers beautiful sunsets as well as long walks on the sand. We also slept very well. The bathrooms are beautiful, modern and very functional as is the kitchen. The garden is fully fenced which is very convenient if you are coming with dogs or children, it is totally secure. Anyway, our dog felt very good here. I thank Christine for accepting dogs! We'll be back, sure!

We had a fantastic time at Stephan's house. It's a wonderful place to stay, with everything you could want to spend some unforgettable days. The house is just as seen in the photos and, being his home, it lacks nothing. It is also in a quiet area and very well located to get to know Montpelier and the beautiful Languedoc region. Stephan was always attentive to our needs quickly and with good advice. Absolutely recommended and we will definitely be back. Thank you!!

We had a great time. The home and its amenities met our expectations. The proximity to the bakery, grocery store and parking are appreciable Blandine is a very responsive, friendly host that we enjoyed meeting. We would highly recommend this property!

When we arrived, we were very well received by our very welcoming host. He showed us the very spacious premises and a beautiful setting with sea and pond views. The apartment is extremely comfortable and well-appointed. The two dedicated parking places are a real boon. It's situation is fantastic, being only two minutes walk from the lovely harbour with all it's restaurants, and ten minutes from the centre of the town. The view from the balcony is truly special, overlooking as it does the marina and the Étang, along the shore of which you can walk all the way to the Canal du Midi. We shall certainly be back.

Excellent condition, refurbished, very well equipped, nothing missing! Port view, the orientation is nice for breakfast in the sun!

We spent a few nights at Geoffrey's. The accommodation is very nice and the outside is a real plus. I would recommend without hesitation! We'll be happy to go back!!

The Little Nest is aptly named. The living room is large and bright, the view is splendid, the apartment is well arranged and equipped, it's quiet. We spent 5 wonderful days there. Only two points to consider, especially for people with disabilities or those who are (slightly) older: The stairs are indeed steep and it is not always possible to park in front, the closest being the Plantier parking lot located about 200 m away. Otherwise, no complaints, thanks again!

The house had recently been refurbished to a very high standard. We felt very welcome there, with excellent stocks of essential supplies. We would not hesitate to book another stay there.

Special touches from Marie Christine and Jean Robert that make you happy. From the bottle of wine to the bottles of water. Everything is designed to welcome us in great conditions. A little pinch in the heart when we left...with the desire to memorize this breathtaking view of the Thau pond. Thank you so much to our hosts for sharing this peaceful retreat with us.

Beautiful square. Admiring sunrise over the lagoon right from the bed, just a few steps to the sandy beach or even to the town square. Perfect! However, due to the location, there is also quite a bit of noise!
