The two bedrooms that I make available to you are located in a villa with garden in a quiet area. The blue bedroom contains two single beds and the pink bedroom has 1 large bed close to a bus stop that takes you to the tram in 5 minutes. A small lake is a 5-minute walk away. LE CRES is 12 km from Montpellier. The bathroom and toilet are shared. The price is 40 euros per room (2 people) breakfast is extra (5 euros) to be paid on site

Private room in our family villa close to Montpellier. The room is well-equipped and spacious, with a French window overlooking the garden, a peaceful view of the pool and trees. Breakfast is complimentary (tea, coffee, bread, jam...). A private bathroom will be reserved for you, directly accessible from the bedroom (a corridor to cross). The environment is remarkably quiet, free street parking, tram access on foot (about 25 min).

Room with independent entrance in the village of Maurin, municipality of Lattes. 10 minutes from the seaside and 5 minutes by car to access the tram, next to Montpellier, close to the Arena concert hall. We offer the possibility of using our kitchen and, of course, access to the pool during the summer and to the garden year-round. We also provide a cot and a high chair. The same is true for our washing machine and dryer.
