Le studio est équipé d'une climatisation mobile. Vous disposez d'un grand ascenseur ; pratique pour les bagages. Le studio est très lumineux, il offre une pièce de vie chaleureuse et cosy de 20m2. Dès l'entrée, un petit hall pratique vous accueillera avec en face la pièce principale et sur la droite une salle d'eau/WC.

Possibilité parking 5€ par nuit en supplément ( tarif réduit pour les plus long séjours ) à préciser lors de votre réservation svp. Draps, couvertures et serviettes fournies.

Nice studio on the ground floor with garden, fully equipped with walk-in shower, kitchenette and Wi-Fi. Cozy and bright, close to all amenities (small shops, fast food, Géant Casino, Lidl...). Located south of the city in a quiet area, tram stop 5 min walk (St Roch station and city center 10 min). By car, easy parking, 15 min to the beach and immediate access to the A9. The beaches are also accessible by bus, stop 2 min away.

Bright T2 not overlooked with 20 m² terrace in the residence. Close to the historic center, in front of the CREPS, a bus stop is at the bottom of the building as well as a free access bike station and a tram stop a few minutes walk. Free parking is available in the residence. There is a double bed and a fixed sofa large enough for a person under 1m80, rather an extra bed.
