Set near to a small Sussex village with direct access onto the South Downs, Iford is on the wild fringes of historic Lewes (2 miles), vibrant Brighton (7 miles) and Newhaven ferry and beach (6 miles). We'd love to welcome you to our comfortable, peaceful studio in the heart of Lewes. It has its own entrance and hallway leading to a large double bedroom, its own bathroom and patio area, and views across our garden to the Downs. We are in the beautiful, historic Pells area of Lewes. We're close to Pells Pool, meadows and leafy walks on the River Ouse. It's 5 minutes' walk to town, brilliant shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants, a cinema and Lewes Castle, and 10 minutes to Lewes railway station.

Orchard Hut is a secluded and very private shepherd's hut fitted to a high standard, and situated in a gloriously peaceful meadow setting away from any road noise. The meadow is rich in wildlife and there are views to the South Downs that can be enjoyed from the hammock or the wood fired hot tub.The hut sits just outside the South Downs National Park, 3 miles from Lewes and 5 miles to Glyndebourne. There is direct access to a myriad of public footpaths with a good choice of stunning walks.
