This cosy yet spacious apartment is perfect for families, couples or groups that love to be surrounded by nature, but also want to be near to local amenities. The apartment is on the first floor with no lift, so it not suitable for those with mobility problems. If you are really, really tall, you might find the sloped ceilings annoying. Our apartment provides a home-from-home so you can just relax and enjoy your break. Our goal is to offer top service in modern apartments at normal prices.

Apartment Nowotschin

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor of our house, in which we live upstairs ourselves. Your car may have a little rest during your stay, since public transport is included. My flat is located on s small hill above town and therefore the terrace offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. My flat is best when you're looking for a quiet little getaway in the mountains, as the neighborhood doesn't offer any nightclubs or fancy restaurants ;-) Instead, many hiking and biking trails are right around the corner.
