In the middle of the forest in Neuleutasch lies this gem for your soul. The villages of Seefeld and Leutasch are a few minutes' drive away. “Mei chalet” offers enough space for 8 guests and nothing stands in the way of a relaxing vacation with family or friends. In the spring and summer you will only be awakened by the chirping of birds, in the fall now and then by a roaring deer and in the winter the quietly falling snowflakes hardly manage to disturb the absolute tranquility.

Holiday apartment with private entrance door, kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The cross-country slope is only a couple of meters away. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of our house, in which we live upstairs ourselves. Your car may have a little rest during your stay, since public transport is included. Ideal for: couples, sporty people, families with 1 child. Visitor's tax of €3,50/ Person/ night is not included and will be charged upon arrival.

Happy Mountains Apartment 3. "Öfelekopf"

Apartment Öfelekopf is so named for its amazing view of the mountains. This luxury modern apartment was completely refurbished in 2021 and offers everything for a relaxing break. This apartment would suit a couple who enjoy the outdoors, but also like to wind down in luxury...breakfast on the balcony, Netflix on the corner sofa, shower under the stars in the beautiful bathroom and sleep like a baby in the huge comfortable bed.

Two white wicker wall baskets are mounted on a wood-paneled wall, each holding several informational brochures about local attractions. The baskets have handles for easy access and add a practical touch to the space.

Seefelder Plateau-quiet and welcoming apartment

Our apartment (70sqm) is on the 1st floor of the house and has a kitchen, bathroom, anteroom, a bedroom, a living room and a fully covered terrace. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, but there is a pull-out sofa in the living room so 4 people can easily live there. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, various coffee machines, etc. and we have very good WiFi.

This is a newly built studio for two (up to a maximum of four) people, very quiet and with the best views, as well as easy access to the cross-country ski trail and hiking trails. In the garden - which may only be used by guests in the main house - there is a sauna, which can be used in winter, if necessary, upon request and at an additional cost. We had a wonderful stay 'At Moser'! The apartment with terrace and view of the mountains delighted us very much and we were able to relax wonderfully. Katrin was always there to help us. In the entrance area there is a helpful info table with great tips for excursions, restaurants, shopping and the local cultural program. The location was ideal, with beautiful walking and hiking opportunities right outside the door. Our highlights: a hike through the Gleierschklamm and a trip to Mittenwald with cable car ride into the Karwendelgebirge. Everything always a maximum of 15-20 minutes by car. In addition to the lovingly selected furnishings, the apartment shone with a fully equipped kitchen, which leaves nothing to be desired. We were happy to use the practical bread service from the local bakery We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back!

We, five people, felt very comfortable in Leutasch, in our accommodation with Marianne. It was a modern, nicely decorated apartment with small extras. In the middle of the village, centrally located and quickly in the mountains. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice and well equipped place with beautiful surroundings, nature. Also dog friendly which is an extra plus for us with dog. Definitely worth to stay here.

We had a very nice stay. The apartment is well fitted and lovingly furnished!

We had a getaway we booked from yesterday to morning. Gerlinde and Josef responded very quickly and are extremely nice people. The apartment was tip top clean and we didn't lack anything. A toddler and dog were also no problem. We will be happy to come back.

Apartment "green garden view"

All round a perfect stay! Lisa and her husband very warmly welcomed us and directly showed and explained the most important things. The apartment was so cozy that we felt right at home and would have loved to stay longer. Questions were answered quickly and helped with any problems. The amenities were the best we had so far, there was absolutely nothing missing, even towels could be exchanged without further ado. The place Leutasch is quite centrally located in a wonderful hiking area. You can do so many companies here that you could easily spend 2 weeks. This place is also suitable for children, as was there with an 11-month-old baby and the little one felt right at home. We will definitely come back!

Idyllic! Central apartment

Firstly Anna is a great host, very responsive and kind. Provided us with all the details and recommendations which made our stay and getting around so much easier. Anna’s place was pristine clean with all the required amenities. The place is close to all major attractions in the area and within walkable or short drive. You can’t beat the awesome view from the balcony and sun even in winter was lovely. Definitely recommend Anna’s place for a lovely getaway from the hustle and bustle of city.
