Esta bonita casa se sitúa entre las murallas del casco antiguo del pueblo y a tan solo 2 minutos andando de ambas playas de Peñiscola. El edificio entero ha sido reformado de forma integral durante 2019, con una nueva redistribución de los espacios y utilizando materiales naturales como protagonistas. Se fusionan las formas y los estilos vanguardistas con la esencia tradicional del Mediterráneo, una auténtica experiencia en uno de los rincones con más encanto del todo el litoral.

This is a centrally located studio on the third floor (without an elevator) of 30m2 with the best views, as it is located on the beachfront and next to the castle. The entire studio is an overlook to the Mediterranean. The studio is situated within a family building that includes 6 double-room studios. All of them have access to the 'chill out' terrace, which is for shared use and located on the rooftop. Due to its size, only two adults can be accommodated.
