We have a wonderful holiday in Daniel's beautiful home. The house was perfect! It was clean and had everything we needed. The bathroom was large with a very, very nice shower. The enclosed yard was perfect for our little dog, and the wifi was extremely fast and stable, which was perfect for my husband who was working remotely. It was easy to cast to the smart tv as well. Daniel was very professional and friendly, and we really appreciated his proactive communication. He responded to our messages almost instantly and made us feel very welcome. We would absolutely stay with Daniel again, and we highly recommend his home. We couldn't have been happier :)

A slice of paradise! The winery is nestled in an alley in La Flotte. 2 minutes from all shops and restaurants as well as the port, it is nevertheless really quiet and sheltered from prying eyes by its high walls. The plancha and outdoor table were very nice for enjoying the sun! Well secured for children or a dog Very well-equipped, we will definitely go back. Gaëlle was very nice and full of good advice and Freddy was great too. Don't hesitate!

We particularly enjoyed our stay at Géraldine's. The house is very convenient for a family on one level with an exterior going around the house and well exposed allowing you to enjoy the sun all day. Everything necessary is available, from indoor to outdoor equipment (deckchairs, parasol, etc.). The house is perfectly located in Rivedoux with the necessary amenities about ten minutes away as well as the beach. Communication went very well and Geraldine was always very responsive. We won't hesitate to come back on our next vacation!

Nice little apartment- very nice covered terrace. Everything relatively remot - shopping, restaurant etc rather by car or bike! Cosy places can be reached in 10-20 minutes! Beaches rather further and low tide depending. The lighthouse shines into the bedroom when the shops are open - very nice but also need to get used to... All in all very nice and very good amenities…

The house is absolutely great (I agree with some older reviews: the living room and the rooms are much more spacious than the photos let them guess: it's a nice surprise when you arrive). We appreciated the amenities, comfort and decoration of the house, as well as its location: full of nice walks nearby, a delicious bakery in Dompierre (L 'AuthentiQ), one of the best dinners of our life at the restaurant La PierreVue in Saint-Rogatien, La Rochelle and its aquarium to see absolutely less than 20 minutes away... The heated pool in this sunny early April was a real enchantment. Finally Marine is a particularly warm and attentive host, and the communication was very pleasant. We will come back without hesitation!

Thank you for letting us spend our holidays in your vacation paradise. We enjoyed your beautiful cottage and the pool was a real winner for our kids. The village of Jard-sur-mer and the beautiful surroundings have also charmed us very much. It was then a plus that we were able to explore all this by bike. In addition, it was nice that there was a folder with all the necessary information about the area and also the extra attention of Mathilde was a nice surprise upon arrival.

We had a pleasant stay. Small but functional accommodation. Just a downside for the lack of parking and everything is paid in the area, but hey, the landlord is not to blame, It is the policy of the city which increasingly restricts car access in the city.

Very functional apartment, perfectly equipped, on two floors and well located in a nice residence close to downtown La Flotte. Private parking, good bedding. Small pleasant terrace. The little extra of linens, sheets and towels. Perfect for a family of 4 with kids. We highly recommend this destination even without having had time to enjoy the pool.

We had a memorable sporty weekend in this charming house! The large garden was perfect for fun: volleyball matches, goal shooting and even wild badminton games! The house was impeccable, with tastefully decorated rooms. We felt right at home. Our host took great care of us. Her warm welcome and wise advice made our stay even more enjoyable. She recommended an excellent restaurant just around the corner from the house. The proximity to the sea was a real plus. We were able to enjoy beautiful walks through the woods of La Conche, and on the beach we were able to swim even on November 10. For our first time in Longeville-sur-Mer, it was a success! We won't hesitate to come back.
