The house will seduce you with its calm ,its location close to the center of the village and close to the most beautiful beaches of Ré. The house , completely renovated ( July 2019 ) consists of a large living room on the ground floor overlooking a sunny courtyard.Also, 3 independent bedrooms on the floor. A large bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate toilet.

Upstairs: a large master bedroom with closets (bed 160), cozy landing room (bed 140), sleeping area (bed 140) on the mezzanine ideal for children and/or teenagers, bathroom with shower and toilet. The location of the house in the alley allows you to enjoy a very pleasant and quiet little terrace.

Less than 100 m from Plage Peuragot, within the typical village of La Couarde and quiet in a busy alley, our house, with Rhetian charm, is the perfect setting for unforgettable moments with family or friends. Its heated pool (from April to October) and its relaxation areas, large living room and carefully decorated bedrooms will seduce you without hesitation. Most of the objects have been mailed by us, and gives absolute charm to our pretty "boyfriend's house".

Cleaning possible during the stay. Pets not allowed.
