We spent a week with family in April. The house is perfectly suited for children, step-free, equipment and games for the little ones, large enclosed garden. What to store bikes. A bedroom space distinct from the living rooms. A clear and functional house. Sarah is welcoming and very responsive to questions. We enjoyed the terrace; the barbecue and bread oven! An opportunity to make homemade pizzas. Close to the market and shops we were able to do everything on foot or by bike. We all enjoyed our stay. Thanks to Sarah.

Nice very functional apartment and great location! We appreciated the proximity to the hyper center and the multitude of restaurants and other shops, which allows us to do anything by foot. The small building is quiet and very easy access despite the 2nd floor. Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Véronique's. The welcome was warm, she is attentive and thinks of every small detail. The villa is splendid, tastefully decorated and equipped with premium materials. Special mention for the bed, of exceptional comfort! Our child loved the large chessboard in the garden. And easy access to the beach is a real asset. A real little piece of heaven, in complete privacy. We will come back without hesitation! PS: full of nice surprises you will not regret

Check-in via lockbox is easy. The house is situated in a backyard and is accessible by a quite narrow passage. We were in a BMW X3 and you have to maneuver a little to the driveway into the open garage, but it is doable. Since all the shopping, restaurants and the beach are within walking distance in less than 10 minutes, the car stopped all week. The house is relatively new and well built and equipped. The lower floor with living room and open kitchen has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and also a toilet and is equipped with floor heating. On the upper floor there is another double bedroom, one bedroom for up to 4 children with 2 bunk beds, a bathroom and a toilet. Here are electric radiators. There is a terrace with large table and chairs and also a gas grill. The house fully corresponds to the description. Valery visited us and personally welcomed us. All in all, great.

The stay went well, the house is true to photos and descriptions, we enjoyed the pool almost every day, Carine was more than responsive and available to answer our questions, very friendly to the image of the house which is welcoming, warm and clean. This one is well placed to quickly access the center of La Rochelle, a large area nearby, we were able to do our shopping as soon as we arrived. I would highly recommend, thank you Carine 🙂

We were very happy about our stay. The neighbourhood is very calm, with typical houses in the surrounding streets. The apartment has an amazing amount of light and is very confortable. The kitchen well equipped. From here we could walk to the beach, to the Corniche, to the bakery, to the market and to some really nice shops in Royan. We even walked to the cinema though it was a bit far. A great location to get to enjoy Royan.
