We are delighted with our stay at Marc's place. We were hosted very well. We love the city and its beach. The apartment is super well located to enjoy the city center, shops, restaurants on foot. Apartment facing the sea. Rental as described. We also appreciated the ease of parking in mid-April.

We had a delicious day in Royan. The city, the area are beautiful and I think we haven't seen the quarter yet;) Our hosts were very welcoming and accommodating, it was a real pleasure to enjoy this Royal pied à terre in a great location!

Sophie is very responsive. His apartment matches the description and photos perfectly, very cozy. It has everything you need at home! Great for a car-free vacation! Pay attention only to the beam for the taller people on the floor, which is sloped. I recommend it.

This house has a very special, family-like, warm atmosphere. It is very well equipped, you can find everything there! The bed is very cozy... the shower is nice. The decor is nice. In addition to the house, we enjoyed its location in a beautiful small residence, in the wooded dunes and 5 min from the beach. Also well located for visiting the island.

Bruno is a super host - always happy to help and have us some great tips for the local area. His place is right on the beach and if you’re up early enough you can see the sun rise too. It’s cool inside and nice to have some shade in the garden under the beautiful fig tree. There are restaurants within walking distance and the market at Bain Les Brée is a little further away but well worth the visit. Thanks for having us we really enjoyed it

We had a nice welcome and were able to access the house earlier than expected. Christine took the time to show us the house. She also gave us a lot of tips on the must-sees of this beautiful region. The close access to the beach is very nice and it's very easy to park Cycling is a plus in and around Soulac.

We were delighted to spend a few days in this accommodation: it is very well located, very clean, consistent with the photos, the place is quiet and peaceful and the interior is well appointed. There is everything you need on site, the bedding is of good quality. The balcony with sea view as well as the private parking space are a real plus. The hosts were kind and responsive.
