Our house in the heart of the island with direct access to the bike paths allows you to forget your vehicle and go by bike to visit the entire island, but also on foot, close to the fishing port and the small village of La Côtinière with its shops and restaurants. Close to major shops, 2 km from the center of St Pierre. Close to the sea, 500 m away. Our accommodation in a natural atmosphere is for rent all year round, you will appreciate the warmth of its stove in winter and its coolness in summer.

Guest apartment in an old school

At La Possibilité d'une île, we welcome you to the former Boyardville school, which has been renovated into an eco-friendly building. We have created our main house there, as well as two apartments available for vacation rental. The first, Azyadé, in tribute to Pierre Loti, writer and great traveler of the late 19th century born in Rochefort and buried in Saint Pierre d'Oléron, evokes with small touches the 19th century and the Middle East. The second, Trinidad with its warm colors evokes Cuba.

Take a breath of sea air, with this fully renovated home, on the ground floor, in the village of Soubise. You are ideally located between La Rochelle and Royan. All amenities are in the village, and are within walking distance (supermarket, restaurant, bakery, bar tabac) The accommodation is equipped with a sleeping area with a 140 x 190 bed and closet, a kitchen area with fridge, bathroom, separate toilet, washing machine, sofa bed, TV. Check-in from 2pm. Cleaning not included.

The fisherman's house

Charming little fisherman's house located in the small village of Cotinière, just a short walk to the shopping street and the beach. It consists of a beautiful living room/open kitchen, a large bedroom with a 140/190 cm bed and a 140/190 cm sofa bed. A bathroom/WC. You can also enjoy a beautiful optimized terrace and fenced garden. Verisure security system upon request. BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED.

Maison Saint-Anne

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. SUPER U and shopping mall 20 minutes' walk away (bank, pharmacy, DIY, bakery, local farm...). In addition, the Sainte-Anne house is located at the crossroads of the Rochefort Océan golf courses (9 holes and soon 18 holes - 10 minutes drive), ïle d'Oléron (30 minutes drive) and La Rochelle Sud (20 minutes drive).

Completely renovated house in the heart of Grand Village. Perfect location for a holiday by the sea. You just have to cross the forest to get to the beach in 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by bike. Shops are located 1 min by foot. You will find everything you need in the village: bakery, supermarket, bar, tobacco, restaurants. Children's park, pétanque courts, bike and surf rental nearby!

In a detached house, after going down a few steps, Marie Jo and Bernard welcome you in a fully renovated two-room south-facing three-star referenced apartment. Small garden available with barbecue. Linens and towels included, bed made. Access to the sea and shops on foot. The rental is for a minimum of four nights except July, August. Non-smoking rental, pets not allowed.
