It's the perfect place to have a great stay in our beautiful city of Royan.

You will be 300 m from Lake St Palais and 1200 m from the market, the center, the beaches, restaurants and shops. You will also enjoy the seaside trails, forests, 18-hole golf course and equestrian center (both 400 m away), bike paths for long rides... not to mention water activities.

Quiet, this charming 150 m² family villa offers you a beautiful 75 m² air-conditioned living space. It has 4 bedrooms with individual air conditioning, one of which is extra and another with toilet and sink (cold water). The spacious bathroom consists of a shower with double sinks and a bathtub. A south-facing terrace with 2 garden tables and a barbecue will welcome you on a 1500 m² plot. The 10x4 pool is available and heated from May to September.
