The nearest urban center is 18 km away, but it is also close to interesting places to visit (historical, gastronomic, etc.). The lawn with barbecue is an extension of the apartment.

XIII, rehabilitated with historical criteria; It is located 80 km from Barcelona, in a natural environment, surrounded by fields and forests, energetically sustainable and with an incredible indoor pool and a soccer field. The use of the jacuzzi will be affected according to the drought emergency states established by the government of Catalonia. As of 05/07/2024, the emergency phase has been lifted and its use is possible.

Direct access to the Tordera River that passes just below the house. 15 minutes from the town of Montseny and 20 minutes from Sant Esteve de Palautordera. Views, nature, disconnect.
