This tree house perched more than 5 meters high in an oak grove with jacuzzi and reading net will allow you to relax and enjoy the view of the vineyards. The accommodation is located 500 meters from Sources de Caudalie, 20 minutes from Bordeaux, less than an hour from Arcachon and about 30 minutes from Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport. Enjoy an attic studio and its exteriors (garden, pool). This one is attached to our house in a quiet area. In town, away from the traffic of the center you will be at the edge of the vineyards of Pomerol, close to Lake Dagueys, its beach and its aquatic center the "Calinésie". A shopping mall is 800 meters away, the train station and the city center are 7 minutes away. Between Fronsac (9 min) and Saint Emilion (12 min) it is the perfect base for any castle visit.

The property has 8 bedrooms and large living areas, as well as a huge terrace overlooking the River Isle. the perfect theme in a quiet setting, to gather with family, friends, to enjoy our beautiful region, and visit the largest castles 30 minutes from Bordeaux, 10 km from Libourne 15 km from Saint-Emilion.

Air-conditioned wooden cabin

Cabin and its outbuildings are located in the owners' garden but are totally independent of their home. The cabin is on stilts (1.50 m) around a tree. It is 15 m2 and consists of a single room with a 160 cm bed, a toilet and shower area, a sink. A footbridge gives access to two additional wooden shelters: the first offers a dining table and an equipped counter (fridge, microwave, sink) and the second a relaxation/lounge area.
