Pet-friendly vacation rentals in L'Épine

On the occasion of a weekend with friends to discover the island, we had a great time at Christopher and Clarisse's accommodation. In line with the photos and our expectations, the proximity to the sea is an obvious asset. The accommodation is well-equipped, clean, and communication from booking to checkout was easy.

Very nice house, well decorated and well equipped and extremely well located. Beaches, supermarket, bakery (very good) WALKING DISTANCE. Sainte Marie is a lovely village. The coastal trail that connects Pornic to Préfailles is wonderful. We'll be happy to go back!

The house is absolutely perfect, inside and out. Everyone finds their place and everything is done with taste! Thank you 1000 times for your kindness and availability Karen, we will come back next year!

The accommodation is very nice, charming, very well-equipped and arranged. The patio/terrace is a real plus. Very good location, a few minutes' walk away, you are at the beach. Everything is done to make you feel at home.

Beautiful little house restored in a top setting, you can leave the car and do everything on foot and by bike, ideal for the family. as a bonus the small garden completely enclosed and not overlooked. Marjolaine and her family were super welcoming and very accommodating, a real pleasure to connect with them either before or during the stay. We highly recommend it!

A very good weekend spent with family at Franck's, who greeted me with a smile.😊 Pool at 28 degrees, very nice. We spent our entire weekend enjoying the garden, pool, terrace and of course the plancha. It has everything you need to have a good time. Good luck and maybe see you next time.😃

Marie is a great host, understanding, attentive, very responsive. We arrived late at our place. At 10 p.m., Marie was able to make herself helpful and available to help us get back into the accommodation. Concerned about our well-being, she provided the necessary equipment for us to be well with our 2-month-old baby and 3-year-old daughter. Everything is thought out in the accommodation, we did not lack anything. It was really nice, clean, quiet, 5 min walk to the sea , 2 km to the village where the atmosphere is very beautiful at the end of the day, where the markets are rich and friendly. In short, a great vacation thanks to Marie! Thank you very much!

We had a lovely weekend at this house. The location, right next to the sea, is ideal for access. The house is tastefully decorated, combining refinement and comfort. The exterior is just as charming with a superb (and large) swimming pool to relax. Thank you for hosting us and for the flexibility on our arrival as well as our departure. A warm and authentic house where it's nice to gather with family. A spacious kitchen with large countertops and a well-appointed living room for convivial moments. The marsh environment is peaceful and the view is really magnificent from the very well maintained garden.

Very nice cottage with cozy decor, very well equipped and very clean! Maëva and Cyrille redouble their small attentions to make you have a great stay. Ideal location to discover in a few days the seaside of Pornic in Saint Brévin (trails) and the large beaches, located a few hundred meters away on foot. Great walks for the dogs as a bonus so everyone can enjoy the holidays :) THANKS <3

Thank you for this listing: large, peaceful and very pleasant! We had a very nice stay with family thanks to the spacious house and especially the pool which we were able to enjoy. Just a small clarification for future guests: there are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor but the bathroom is not accessible for 1 person in a wheelchair. We discussed this with Corinne who took note. We did not understand each other when booking. Apart from this small point that did not affect our stay, everything went well!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage! The location is really fantastic – once you cross the promenade, you are right on the beach. You can start walks from there and see the sunset in the evening. The house itself is practically furnished. The two terraces, one to the front and one to the back, are great. However, a small downside is the division of the rooms: the toilet is on the ground floor, while the bedrooms are on the upper floor. This can be a bit impractical at night, especially for families with small children or for people with limited mobility. Overall, however, a really great holiday home that we would like to recommend – and will certainly visit again!

We had a wonderful time in the cottage, wonderful huge beaches within a few minutes' walk. The cottage was very tasteful and modern, with super comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. We spent 2 nights for 4 people in this charming little house. Everything was as described, good location between the beach and city center that allows you to walk. Tastefully decorated accommodation, quiet and pleasant environment.
