Holiday home with all the comforts you need, oven, cooking, barbecue, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Spacious 3 bedroom home located in a quiet area and close to the ocean (10/15 min walk). Small, intimate exterior at the back of the house and not overlooked. The house is old but it's also what makes it charming too. We enjoyed our stay at Nathalie's place. Very good communication, warm welcome. I would recommend this host and his lovely place to visit the Loire Atlantique coast. Ideally located with a tourist view. Thanks!

Beautiful cottage that is both traditional and comfortable + spacious, quiet in nature, with a large enclosed lot for our doggie. A fireplace was waiting for us and delicious chocolates. Lovely and very responsive host. Try it without hesitating.

We had a lovely stay at Nathalie's who is very welcoming. Small simple but functional house, ideal for a few vacation days. We enjoyed the quiet location and with the beach within walking distance in minutes. Thank you for accepting dogs which is still quite rare.

We had a great time at Béatrice's, a very welcoming and attentive host, who gave excellent advice and was very available if needed. The accommodation is very well equipped, cozy, and perfectly suited for young children (childcare equipment, single-story accommodation, chickens in the garden which...). The beach is very close, the port of Herbaudière and its activities and shops too... we'll be happy to go back!

The place is very nice, the different areas, pool, garden, spa, games room… allow you to enjoy the place to the fullest. The studio was well-equipped and spacious. We recommend it!

Franck was an excellent host and met us when we arrived at the property. He was really friendly and took the time to show us all the facilities including how to remove the pool cover and work the barbecue. We were really thankful Franck helped us make an appointment at the local veterinary for our dog to get pet passport stamped. The accommodation is really spacious and Franck has thought of everything you will need. The outside space is really big with lots of seating and of course the pool. The swimming pool was just fantastic, top quality, very clean and heated to a lovely temperature. We used the barbecue several times which was also high quality. The bedrooms were all large and bed very comfortable. The neighbourhood is very quite and only 10-15 minute walk through a park to the sea front and the beach. Great Boulangerie in Bretignolles. The coastal towns all within easy access. We would highly recommend Francks place and will definitely look to return the in the future.

Spent the last few days of the summer here, beautiful house and beautiful surroundings! Would definitely recommend going to the island of Noirmoutier for some great restaurants. The house itself is super spacious and comfortable even on rainy days. The host is also very responsive (even if you cant speak French.. Tip use sms and google translate!!) so overall a great place!!! Would recommend

Marie is a great host, understanding, caring, very responsive. We arrived late at our accommodation. At 10 p.m., Marie was able to make herself helpful and available to help us get into the accommodation. Concerned about our well-being, she provided the necessary equipment to make us comfortable with our 2-month-old baby and 3-year-old daughter. Everything is thought out in the accommodation, we didn't miss anything. It was really nice, clean, quiet, 5 min walk to the sea, 2 km from the village where the atmosphere is very nice at the end of the day, where the markets are rich and friendly. In short, a great vacation thanks to Marie! Thank you so much!

Listing niquel, which matches the description and very clean. Maëva and Cyrille provided us with an umbrella bed, which allowed us to travel lighter! The environment is great, quiet and right next to the sea! Maëva and Cyrille are very responsive hosts who always try to do their best! We loved the local recommendations book! Dorothée and Laurent are very accessible and pleasant hosts who take care of the occupants, while maintaining their tranquility! The property is small but very functional with great bedding. The season was not suitable but the pool must be a plus in summer given the tranquility of the place! Thanks to Dorothée and Laurent for hosting us.

Melanie is an absolutely fabulous Host. Before we arrived she reached out to us offering to help in anyway. Melanie was able to recommend a local vet (travelling with our dog, we had to visit one before returning to the uk) and booked an appointment for us. She was so flexible about check in & out, was very welcoming and friendly. The accommodation was more than we could hope for. Travelling with our son & daughter (in their 20’s) we all felt that there was plenty of space for chilling out. A beautiful quiet garden with plenty of relaxing seating. And a short walk to the beach and St Brevin du l’Ocean which has a lovely selection of shops, restaurants and bars. We are definitely returning here next year and greatly looking forward to it.

We had a great overnight stay in the new, detached bungalow – everything was very clean, modern and perfectly equipped. The quiet location ensures real relaxation. Highly recommend, I'd love to come back!

Accommodation ideally located in a very quiet neighborhood. Clean house. Missing can be an oven in the kitchen. Too bad the cleaning can't be done by visitors (Cleaning fee quite expensive)
