Small haven of peace! Ideal to unwind. Bikes available. Customs trail just steps from the house. Very nice house and beautiful small garden. Everything you need in the house and quality bedding. The owners welcomed us warmly upon arrival and came to say goodbye. Great experience.

We had the chance to have a nice stay, close to the sea. Well equipped and comfortable house, especially with the wood burner for winter evenings:-). And we were able to discover Saint Brevin and some surprises of Saint Nazaire (L 'Espadon...)

We celebrated our mom's 80th birthday at Catherine's and couldn't have hoped for a more beautiful place to get together. An exceptional site where we all fell in love with this magnificent home. We were warmly welcomed and hope to be able to come back for a longer stay to enjoy this site.

Very nice stay but too short in Lucie's house! The situation and the quality of the accommodation is as advertised and described. Village center and beach about a ten minute walk. The owners are friendly and responsive in case of questions. We can only encourage future tenants of this property. Thank you for everything and see you in Pornic!

Small getaway with friends to spend time together, in 2025. The setting was very suitable, both for the tastefully decorated small house and the surroundings. We really fell in love with it. We can only recommend Arnaud's little house if you want a quiet, warm and cozy place. We'll be back, for sure!

We had a pleasant stay in this spacious and clean apartment. Michael was very welcoming and friendly, however it is important not to park in the driveway to avoid any problems with the neighbors. The location close to the beach and the charming port of Herbaudière was an undeniable asset. We recommend this listing for families or groups of friends.

We had a pleasant stay with 2 toddlers and a small dog. Although Jean-Pierre uses a concierge, he is always available in case of need. A big plus for the location of the listing as it is located in a quiet location in a private residence at the bottom of a cul-de-sac and only a few hundred meters from the beach.

We had a lovely week! This is an apartment but direct access via the exterior staircase makes us think it's a house. The area is lovely. As a result, even in rainy weather, if you decide to read or play cards, you don't feel cramped. Interior design and cleanliness are very much appreciated. Compared to our usual way of enjoying X de Vie on foot, the accommodation is perfectly located between the pedestrian street and Boisvinet beach. Communication by message or with the concierge is quick. In short, as we are used to renting in the neighborhood, the family was unanimous, this is where we want to come back. 🙂

We had a fantastic stay on Ile d’Yeu. The house is beautiful and just as described. We came as a group of friends and it was perfect for us, with a big kitchen and outside space. It’s a half an hour walk to the port or beach. I would definitely recommend staying here!

A lovely property that whilst in a residential area and has close neighbouring properties, feels private. Perfect location to walk or drive to the lovely local beaches. All the amenities one could want are in the property and a wide range of good quality cutlery supplied. Worth bearing in mind that a sizeable upfront deposit (EUR 1000) is requested upon arrival in case of breakages. Sandrine and the team are on hand and very helpful and responsive during the stay.
