We felt completely comfortable in the accommodation. The house was very clean, well-maintained and tastefully decorated – you came in and felt welcome right away, even the smell when entering was pleasant. The hostess was extremely friendly and attentive, you immediately noticed that she really cares about the well-being of the guests. The kitchen was very well equipped, so you could easily cook for yourself. The beds were comfortable, it had everything you needed, and even little things were thought out. The location is great – quiet, but with quick access to the city. Especially practical: there was safe parking on site. In short: an all-round successful overall package that we would recommend at any time. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We had a great 10-day family vacation in Viviane's apartment in Vienna. The apartment had everything we needed and more, the location was very convenient (with a supermarket across the street) and the neighborhood was very quiet. All the major attractions were easily accessible by public transportation, communication with Viviane was very easy and we received very detailed instructions when needed. Highly recommended!!!

Cosy atmosphere, relaxing garden, clean as being at home. A lovely house in a green belt of Wien. Spacious interieur, beautiful garden, fully equipped kitchen, top cleanliness even in the last hidden corner, also inside the furnitures. Easy going, helpful, intelligent landlord/landlady. You can feel, you arrived to the best days of Austria. If you do not mind to commute a bit more to Stephansdom, but being hosted in a super relaxing, quiet environment, you would love it. I can only recommend.

We felt at home here and were able to enjoy our trip very relaxed. The nearby spa park, where we could walk every morning, was wonderfully quiet and beautiful. If you visit Vienna, need a break and are looking for a cozy accommodation for the family, we can highly recommend this place.😉

The house was in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The upstairs study room was great for doing some work and the kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay there again.

Neat tidy place fairly good location

We had a fantastic stay in Daniel’s apartment. Everything was exactly as described, spotless and comfortable, and the neighbourhood has plenty of playgrounds—perfect for families. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and Daniel really helped us out by arranging a late check-out, which made our departure much easier. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone visiting Vienna.

The apartment was exactly what we needed. It is fully equipped with everything you might need—in the kitchen, the bathroom, and especially with activities and toys for children. Our 1-year-old daughter felt right at home; her happiness was visible. It’s located very close to a beautiful park, on a quiet street, with supermarkets and a tram stop just 2–3 minutes away. Although it’s on the ground floor of the building, there was no noise at all. Marketa is an amazing host—she responds immediately and finds solutions for all your needs! We highly recommend it! We would gladly come back here anytime!

Very kindly and wonderful place

If you find this place available, just take it. Lea is very responsive and kind. Her dad checked us in aand gave us lots of information. The place is very clean and well equipped. Its location is perfect with plenty of pubs, coffee, and shopping. And its next to the Wien Mitte station making it very easy to get anywhere you want within minutes. I cant day enough good things about Lea, her dad and this excellent flat. I will definitely rent it again.

The place was quiet, clean, and convenient, just next to the underground train station. Definitely recommended for a stay in Vienna!

I really enjoyed my stay at Robert’s place! The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood super close to a beautiful park but is very walkable to the center city. In addition, the place is very well decorated with lots of amenities. Robert and his son greeted me and were very welcoming when I first arrived! I would highly recommend!

The apartment is equipped with everything you could wish for. The TV with Apple Play allowed us to watch news from back home. Nice view, quiet location, and comfortable beds. It’s easy to get around Vienna from the apartment. We had a weekly ticket in the WienMobil app. There’s a large and well-stocked grocery store nearby. We had a great time there for a week. Beautiful view and great rooftop terraces, which we unfortunately didn’t get to use because the weather wasn’t the best. We would love to come back.

It was a very nice stay. The location was very calm and peaceful. Only thing is that there is no elevator and you have to climb 4 flights of stairs. Everything else was amazing. No noise, air conditioners and fans. Greenery and cozy.

The apartment was comfortable and quiet. Having the subway so close was great because we spent nearly all of our time exploring other areas and visiting attractions. The little bakery one block up the Main Street was good for coffee and breakfast.

WOW! We were more than excited about the apartment! Rented the apartment for 5 months and felt right at home! No matter what concerns Sebastian & Januska were always there for us and helped and supported us immediately! I have never met such great landlords as the two. Whether Christmas Advent calendars, inflatable mattress for visit or a private booklet with all the important information, the two have thought of everything! Thanks for the great time in Vienna, anytime again!🫶🏽

Highly recommend! When we arrived in the middle of the night due to traffic, instead of a personal greeting, a self check-in was spontaneously made possible. Everything was explained in detail and worked great. The two landlords were always available and very accommodating. A spontaneous extension of the stay was not a problem. The apartment was enchanting. Very nicely furnished, clean, quiet, everything worked and there was nothing missing. The connection to the public transport was great. Totally easy self-checkout. The parking lot was maybe a little tight. There were sweet surprises and a bottle of juice at the reception. We will be happy to come back.

Communication with Mariella was really easy. The flat was really clean and we really appreciated the terrace. There were little extras which were provided including washing up liquid, washing machine powder, tea, coffee and Mariella had even provided an aperitif, which we enjoyed while watching the sunset on the terrace! The lockers for luggage are practical. The nearby area isn't very charming, however it's practical with a supermarket just across the road and just 5 minutes from the underground and tram. Easy connections into central Vienna and to the airport. Should I return to Vienna , I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is in a great location (just a few minutes' walk to the stops Wien Mitte and Rochusgasse). The apartment is extravagantly and comfortably furnished with many antique items. Everything was great. Tanya communicates quickly and is always friendly. Only the unheated bedroom was very cold for us. I can recommend this apartment well.
