Die Unterkunft liegt zentral im 3. Bezirk und ist nur 4 Stationen vom Stephansplatz und 3 Stationen von Wien Mitte - The Mall entfernt wo es einen Anschluss mittels CAT zum Flughafen geht. Mit dem Auto dauert der Weg zum Flughafen 15 Minuten. Es ist ein sehr helles Appartement mit großen Fenstern und hohen Räumen. Perfekt um Wien zu erkunden. Es liegt im 1. Stock ist durch den Lift problemlos erreichbar. Der grüne Prater, die Erholungszone Wiens ist nur 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt.

Was a great flat to stay in. Clean, full of amenities and only a 5 minute walk to the Wien Mitte train station and shopping mall. Would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Wien. Overall great value for the price.

I booked the apartment the same evening and despite the short preparation time, the landlord went to great lengths to prepare the apartment as quickly as possible. He did not want to accept a tip for it - he even left a little something for me in the apartment. Also the place was very nicely decorated and clean. All in all really very satisfactory, communication also worked very well. Thanks again for the effort!

Had an excellent stay at Manuel's apt. As someone who lived in Vienna for years, I can assure you the location is perfect, close to city center and a walking distance to major in-city transportation hub (incl trains to airport), shops and a mini mall. Highly recommended!
