Sehr ruhige und gemütliche Unterkunft. Liebevoll eingerichtet und außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet. Angenehm kühle Räume trotz Sommerhitze. Wunderschöne Sitzplätze im Garten und auf der Terrasse. Freundlicher und sehr gut erreichbarer Gastgeber. Alles wie beschrieben. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a great 10-day family vacation in Viviane's apartment in Vienna. The apartment had everything we needed and more, the location was very convenient (with a supermarket across the street) and the neighborhood was very quiet. All the major attractions were easily accessible by public transportation, communication with Viviane was very easy and we received very detailed instructions when needed. Highly recommended!!!

Het verblijf was zoals verwacht. Iets verder van het centrum, maar daardoor heerlijk rustig en fijne omgeving en fijne woning met twee kleine kinderen. Alexander en zijn vrouw waren ontzettend vriendelijk en super attent. Absoluut een topappartament en topverblijf voor Wenen!

Das Haus von Murat war für uns perfekt! Wir durften sogar ein paar Stunden eher einchecken als es die Vorgabe war! Das Haus war sehr sauber und ordentlich, es hat an nichts gefehlt! Alles in allem war es ein traumhafter Urlaub in diesem hübschen Haus! Ganz ganz lieben Dank an Murat!

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und der Garten wunderschön. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Die Lage nah an der Donau ist perfekt für Spaziergänge mit oder ohne Hund. Das Restaurant um die Ecke ist sehr gut, mit Garten im Sommer. Schara war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Vienne dans cette maison très agréable. Le living est spacieux et accueillant, la terrasse ensoleillée sans vis-à-vis est parfaite pour se détendre, et la proximité immédiate des bois permet de magnifiques balades – idéal quand on voyage avec un chien ! La maison était très propre, bien équipée, et le stationnement est facile. La literie est confortable, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus reposant. L’hôte a été très réactif, toujours disponible par message, et attentif au bon déroulement de notre séjour. Petit plus : on a trouvé du miel bio délicieux juste à côté, et la villa Otto Wagner avec ses superbes vitraux n’est qu’à 5 minutes en voiture. Comptez environ 40 minutes pour rejoindre le centre de Vienne. Un endroit que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Nice apartment near Belvedere. Everything was fine. Gudrun allowed us to leave our luggage until check-in. It was nice of him. There is a tram stop near the apartment. Five minutes to the center by tram. Recommended!

He was by far the best host I’ve ever met. From the very first moment, he was there to greet me, making check-in super easy and smooth. He also gave me tons of helpful information about sightseeing, which was amazing. I’m so thankful for his help with carrying my luggage, and at the end, he kindly kept my bags for me so I could fully enjoy my last moments in Vienna. Thanks to him, I’m leaving with only happy memories!

Beautiful and spacious apartment near a cute street with lots of shots and restaurants as well as some of the pretty parks, monuments, and museums of Vienna. The host was communicative and helpful the entire time. We were very happy with our stay here :)

My wife and I stayed here for a week and we would definitely come back again! Everything was as described, public transport was a breeze, and the location was perfect. Access to the tram, bus, or metro is within the same block. It is just a few stops away from Old Town/District 1. And it is only 1 metro stop away from the main station to catch the airport train. There are many grocery stores & bakeries in the area. And there are a number of nice sit down restaurants on a few of the side streets, if you look for them. The busier streets have more of the fast food options.

War im großen und ganzen echt Super

Sehr schöne, saubere und ruhige Wohnung. Man ist in 5 Minuten an der U-Bahn. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und Klaus ein sehr netter Host. Die Küche ist gemütlich und auch das Schlafsofa bequem. Die Kommunikation war schnell und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank nochmal.

A very beautiful and comfortable place to stay in Vienna, it matches the vibe of the city perfectly. The bed is very comfortable and I slept great! My only complaint was that it's rather far out of the way of the main city center, but otherwise I'd happily stay here again!

I stayed here about two and a half weeks. The location was quite good with easy access to the U1, the tram, and bus lines. Just about all chain grocery stores are within a short walk coupled with several ethnic stores. The neighborhood is very multicultural and lively and people are very friendly. It is a good base to explore the city while experiencing how the locals live. The apartment is on the ground level facing an inner courtyard. It gets plenty of natural light. The kitchen is stocked with essentials, and has a dishwasher and microwave, but not oven. The bed is comfortable and firm. Water pressure is good and gets quite hot. The shower is a bit tricky to keep the water from leaking even when keeping the doors fully closed. A big issue for two people would be the space between the bed and the wall in the bedroom. When going around the base of the bed, it is quite narrow, and care needs be taken to avoid banging toes and knees. I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return.

i loved everything about this apartment. check in was easy, instructions were clear, tina would message back promptly. This location was absolutely incredible and convenient. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Vienna

We will stay again for next visit and will recommend the place to our friends. Parked our car underground and took a public transportation system for 4days and it was a great choice. Thanks to Olga’s advice. Fresh air coming in with a sunrise and the sound of rain drops were extraordinary bonuses we received.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, dass man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt und für meinen Geschmack äußerst ansprechend eingerichtet. Unser Check in und Check out verlief super und Christine hat auf alle Nachrichten schnell und freundlich geantwortet. In die die Innenstadt kommt man mi der Straßenbahn auch sehr einfach, diese ist direkt nebenan. Wirklich empfehlenswert!

I stayed here for a week during a congress. I really loved Babette’s place: it is a 2nd floor flat in a lovely old house. Tall ceilings. It even had the metal hand washing basin in the main entrance of the nuilding like many Viennese turn of the century houses do. The apartment is lovely clean and uncluttered and does not have a TV - I also loved that. The location is perfect: lovely untouristy area felt very peaceful. 10 min to Tram or Subway and 5 min to Augarten where I went for a run every morning. I was really busy during my stay so liked the local infrastructure: superb Kebap place and other outlets are just outside the front door. Zum Sumer deli shop sells excellent Boerek which I had for breakfast with Ayran. Best disvovery was the wonderfully unpretentious Gasthaus Automat Welt which is 1 min from the front door: so nice! My colleagues and I went to more touristy places to eat but Gasthaus Automat Welt remained my favourite.

Sara is an excellent host. She is very proactive and provides useful information even before I ask for it. Her apartment is very nice and is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to supermarkets and public transportation. I would highly recommend.

Really amazing stay! Apartment is beautiful and very luxury. Love this place and soon i come back :)
