We had a truly wonderful stay at this lovely home. From the moment we arrived, everything felt so welcoming and comfortable—it really felt like a home away from home. The host and his wife were incredibly kind and thoughtful. We especially enjoyed our chats with the hostess, who gave us a great introduction to the area, including local attractions and some amazing food recommendations. She suggested we try the local salmon, which turned out to be absolutely delicious! The room itself was beautifully decorated, cozy, and full of thoughtful touches. We were especially impressed by the large balcony with its stunning night view—it was the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring. One detail that really touched us was the first aid kit in the room, which came in handy during our stay and truly saved the day. The kitchen was another highlight—it was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for cooking, which made our stay even more comfortable.

We hadden een heerlijk verblijf in de AirBnB van Helga. De ruimte is perfect, mooi uitzicht, makkelijk parkeren en van alle gemakken voorzien. De plek is perfect als uitgangsbasis voor de natuur rondom Tromsø, maar je kan ook gemakkelijk de stad inrijden of met de bus naar de stad gaan. Helga is supervriendelijk en bood ons ook aan om de was te doen. Al met al, helemaal perfect.

Abbiamo trascorso due notti in questo appartamento. Appartamento esattamente come descrizione. Molto pulito e la cucina ben rifornita. Abbiamo trovato a disposizione bustine di tisana e caffè solubile. Bagno molto ampio e pulito. Non abbiamo usato la lavatrice ma confermo che è presente. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà all’inizio a trovare la porta esatta della palazzina e ad aprire il portone con il codice dato. Do colpa alla traduzione fatta dal sito che non era subito chiaro ma dopo qualche tentativo siamo riusciti ad aprire la porta. Al check-out viene richiesto di buttare la spazzatura con le istruzioni per accedere hai bidoni. Do sempre colpa alla traduzione del sito ma i bidoni noi non li abbiamo trovati. Abbiamo rimediato portandoci via i sacchetti e buttandoli a un area ecologica trovata per strada. Un altro lato negativo ma che ho trovato qui e anche in tutti gli alloggi in Norvegia è che non hanno in tutte le camere le tende oscuranti e la luce della mattina ti sveglia

The house was cozy, well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and designed for pure comfort, making it the perfect retreat. The highlight was witnessing the Northern Lights dance right from the windows, no need to chase them, as we had a front-row seat from the warmth of our stay. Every moment here was special, from sipping coffee while admiring the serene landscape to enjoying the peaceful surroundings. On top of that, our host, Knut, was incredibly responsive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Everything was so perfect that leaving felt almost impossible. If you're looking for a scenic, comfortable, and unforgettable experience near Tromsø, this place is truly a gem!

We have really loved the apartment and enjoyed the time there. The apartment is really nice with everything you could need. The kitchen was equipped and the bathroom cleaned. The position is also perfect, near to Botnhamn, the area is nice with amazing fjords and landscapes. For those who are travelling with the ferry, you must consider that you are less than 5 min from the pier. At the end, we 100% recommend Marcus apartment. Marcus is friendly and welcommed us with a bottle of Segla bier that we really have appreciated. Don’t miss this apartment if you are in Senja!

The place was very easily accessible from the city centre. it felt like home at the apartment. Jenny was really helpful and always available if we needed any assistance. The surroundings were really good. Most of the places were at a walkable distance from the apartment. We would definitely recommend Jenny's place for a nice cozy stay if anyone is travelling to Tromso.

we had a wonderful stay at this apartment! the apartment was clean, fully equipped and the terrace offered a beautiful view from which we were able to see the northern lights. its location was ideal, conveniently close to a supermarket, bus stop and just a short distance from the city center, making it easy to explore the area. the host was attentive and available whenever we had any questions or needed assistance. overall, a fantastic experience, and i highly recommend it!

This house offers an extraordinary view of the sea and the Northern Lights on the beautiful island of Sommarøy. The decor is impeccable, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere, especially with the warm fireplace that adds to the charm. The house is fully equipped with everything needed for a wonderful stay, and it is conveniently located close to Tromsø and the ferry to Senja. Runne was an excellent host, always attentive and even gave us Northern Lights alerts, which made our experience even more special. A perfect choice for anyone visiting Sommarøy!

Truly an amazing experience at Thomas’s house. It embodies the spirit of a typical, authentic and cozy norwegian hytte with everything you need, add to that the view over the fjords and the sauna in the backyard and you’ll feel like in a Hallmark movie during Christmas. We also saw the Northern Lights from the cabin 2 nights in a row. The communication with the hosts was very easy and efficient. I truly recommend it to anyone loving nature, peace and quiet :)

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Sommarøy! Die Wohnung ist schön geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Dazu ist sie perfekt gelegen, wenn du ganz in der Nähe zu wirklich guten Spots zum Fotografieren von Polarlichtern oder schönen Stränden sein willst. Auf eine große Auswahl an Restaurants musst du allerdings verzichten können. Eine Imbissstube, das Restaurant des Arctic-Hotel, ein Strandcafé sowie ein Supermarkt sind aber fußläufig erreichbar. Darüber hinaus ist Jan ein herrlich unkomplizierter Gastgeber, der sehr um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht ist. Wir danken ihm sehr und können einen Aufenthalt bei ihm bestens empfehlen!

Alt er veldig bra. Rene sengklær ligger framme. Alt rent og fint. Gode senger og utsikt. 2 gang vi er der. Husvært er veldig enkel og ordner ut. Utsikten er fantastisk. Anbefales!!

Veldig fint hus og alt man trenger for et opphold i Fjordgård. Veldig rent og ryddig hus med gode fasiliteter for å lage mat. Vi storkoste oss og er storfornøyde med oppholdet.

Absolute Empfehlung! Thorleif hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben und auch vor Ort mit Schneeschuhen ausgestattet, sodass wir direkt eine Schneewanderung hinter dem Haus zu einem Aussichtspunkt fernab der Touristengruppen machen konnten. Sehr hilfsbereit, sympathisch, einfach. Die Lage war super durch den Bus erreichbar und der Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke ist auch ein Plus. Danke!

We had a great time here ski touring, Tom was extremely helpful. The house has a classic authentic feel, not fancy but practical and specious. Perfection does not exist but we were happy here!

Det var alt helt fantastisk. Vi hadde en veldig fin ferie på Senja. Botnhamn er et perfekt sted for å gå på tur til Keipen og for å ta en liten utflukt til Husøy. Huset ligger i nærheten av fergehavnen og er derfor også veldig praktisk for å komme til fra Tromsø. Steinar var veldig imøtekommende og hjelpsom. Han spurte oss om alt var bra og forsikret oss om at han kunne komme hvis noe ble ødelagt eller vi trengte noe. Vi kunne ikke ha hatt et bedre opphold enn det.

清潔で景色も美しい素晴らしい民泊です。ホストのリリアンさんも親切にまた素早く対応して下さいます。アメニティやキッチン用品も充実していて、追加で買い出しに行く必要もありません。周囲は静寂に包まれており、静かな時間も過ごせます。私たちは天気と太陽風に嫌われて、5日間の滞在でオーロラを見ることは叶いませんでしたが、条件が整えばデッキや室内の大きな窓から鑑賞することができるでしょう。土日木には公共交通機関が極端に減るため、レンタカーの利用をおすすめします。

Everything about this stay was amazing. The location is gorgeous. The view over the fjord from the deck is like a postcard. The surroundings are idyllic but only a 5/10 min walk to a frequent bus service into Tromso and the airport. The supermarket 10 minutes walk is one of the best we’ve been to. Lots of walking nearby in beautiful surroundings. The room is perfectly equipped (all kitchen things you may need) and decorated beautifully. Bed was like a cloud. Big TV with Apple TV for cosy night in. Little details all thought about: toothbrushes, toothpaste, little chocolates on arrival, wool blankets to take to the deck, dressing gowns, tea/coffee. Simen went above and beyond for us. He had so much detail about local recommendations, kept us updated on the aurora, gave us a lift home from the supermarket when we bumped into him! The sauna is a highlight, and again all details including flip flops and towels and a little fan. Really one of our favourite stays. Thank you Simen!

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Neubaugebiet am Rande von Tromso. Zu Fuß braucht man 25 Minuten in die Innenstadt, man kann aber auch gut mit dem Bus fahren! Die Wohnung Sie ist toll ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden, sie liegt sehr ruhig. Von hier aus kann man viel in Tromso und Umgebung unternehmen. Lebensmittelgeschäfte befinden sich in der direkten Umgebung, wo man an allen Wochentagen einkaufen kann. Sigurd ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Er antwortet sofort auf Fragen, die Beschreibungen sind hilfreich und korrekt. Wir können die Wohnung empfehelen und kommen gerne wieder!

Deze plek is en blijft fantastisch. Allereerst was het weerzien met Frank heel leuk. Hij geeft je direct het gevoel dat je zeer welkom bent. Hij is gastvrij en vrolijk. Het appartement is heel gezellig en mooi ingericht. Schoon, grote ramen, fijn bed, goede keuken-benodigdheden en een houtkachel buiten om een vuurtje te stoken. Het uitzicht over de kust en de bergen is fenomenaal en door het snel veranderende licht, raak je nooit uitgekeken. Het is een heel rustgevende plek en het was een waardevol ‘thuiskomen’.
