Monica’s place was outstanding The pictures did not do justice to the views Wow! Monica was very good communicating with us right from the start Check in was very straightforward and she even left us a bottle of Prosecco and water Monica is very thoughtful and her place was spotless and well furnished She responded very promptly to all our questions and offered great recommendations for transport , shops and restaurants Overall our stay was beyond our expectations and we are definitely coming back next year Hopefully by which time the C10 bus may be regular 😂 and on time !

Wow. One of the best air bnbs that we have ever stayed in. The place is even better than the photos. The outside space is private with an amazing view of the lake. Laglio was a perfect place for us, quiet and authentic. We took the bus and ferries to get around as we were without a car. As long as you are organised and ready for a busy bus it’s completely doable without a car. Nico’s food recommendations were all excellent. Our favourite place was the family butchers / cafe close to the apartment. We went there nearly every day for drinks, steak, meats and cheese. We also cooked some basic meals at the apartment which we recommend as it’s a lovely space. Nico and Wendy were amazing hosts, so helpful, responsive and accommodating. Thoroughly recommend this place and we are already looking at their other properties for another holiday! Book now ☺️

This home is incredible. The view is stunning. But it is a decent hike up to the house. If you come by ferry it would take 30 mins from terminal to get to the home with many steps. Very challenging with a heavy suitcase. If you come by car it will take approximately 10-15 mins. Lots of stairs. Pack light if you’re able to. The home itself is over 3 levels by a spiral staircase. Bring light luggage if possible. The deck is so nice to spend time on. Lovely, memorable home with a friendly helpful host. Will never forget this beautiful place

Een heerlijk huisje in een authentiek dorp. We hebben genoten van het prachtige uitzicht vanaf het terras op de lekkere bank, heerlijk geslapen op de goede bedden (ook de sofabank) en de regendouche was ook super. Het contact met Kathi en Ivan was zowel snel als heel vriendelijk, gebruik vooral hun reisgids want daar staan hele goede aanbevelingen in. Pognana is een pareltje, je kunt mooie wandelingen maken naaf boven en op het 'strand' beneden zit je in no time. Bar Sonia boven is heel goed en gezellig, je bent er zo een vaste klant. Ook Marvin, onze hond, heeft genoten, er was nog een verrassing voor hem bij aankomst, heel lief! Je zit heerlijk privé in het huisje, soms hoor je de bovenburen, maar dat was niet storend. Van Bar Sonia hoor je overigens niets. Heel erg bedankt dat we mochten blijven en hopelijk tot ziens!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and inviting. The water pressure and hot water were excellent, and the bed was super comfy. The views were absolutely amazing and made our mornings and evenings extra special. The location was perfect, just a short, easy drive into central Menaggio. Riccardo was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Luisa's place was the perfect stay for my first solo trip to Lake Como. Caterina who helped me check in, picked me up from the bus stop even when it arrived late from Como and made sure I was okay during my stay! The house was beautiful, clean and so spacious, I would say it looks better in person than the photos! It was so peaceful and the view was beautiful to wake up to. Luisa also had some breakfast items available for me when I arrived. There were English books and extra towels, little details that made my stay so special! The house is located on a hill, so it overlooks the lake and you can see Isola Comacina from the balcony, there is a secret beach about a 15-20 min walk down with a local bar and supermarket. Lots of adorable neighbourhood cats around who are very friendly. And there are two ferry ports within walkable distance, Sala Comacina and Lenno. I found at the end of my trip, I found lots of local secret spots and areas I would not know if I stayed in a busier area!

Très beau logement, tout est paisible , le cadre est enchanteur. Federica est très complète dans ses explications et communique très facilement. Nous sommes conquis par cette belle région d'Italie et ce logemement en particulier!

we had stayed here before and enjoyed it very much so we came again, stayed again and the stay was enhanced by the installation of a new kitchen. The villa is well equipped and Marra lives close by and is there to welcome you. There is a bakery and a butchers shop nearby along with a ferry port in walking distance.

The flat was lovely and cool, spacious, and had everything we needed. We arrived to all the essentials (milk, eggs, water…), and loved being able to leave for evening swims just outside the bedroom door. There is a ferry port five minutes down the road on foot, and you can explore the whole of como! Great restaurants pretty much next door which was great!

Ein wunderbarer Ort, um ein paar Tage Ruhe zu genießen. Bei schönem Wetter kann man die Terrasse direkt vor dem Haus nutzen - den ganzen Tag steht die Sonne drauf und ein Baum spendet Schatten bei Bedarf. Zu Fuß sind es ca 10 min an den See. Wer dort arbeiten möchte: sicherheitshalber ausreichend Datenvolumen dabei haben, da das WLAN über Antenne läuft (gibt am See keine andere Option) und dementsprechend auch mal wetteranfällig sein kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit Stanis hat super gut funktioniert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen 😃 zum Auto und parken wurde schon genug in den anderen Bewertungen geschrieben. … und beim Aufwachen kann man vom Bett aus schon aus dem Fenster auf den See schauen

The greeting upon arrival was excellent, we were offered an upgrade as some guests had cancelled due to weather, a nice gesture! The appartment was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. Far enough from the busy touristic Bellagio but close enough to walk. The ferry pick up is just steps away. The grounds are immaculate and large enough to get a good run in every morning (5km) track style staying on the stone path that twirls the 42 hectar property. The grounds allow you great views of Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta accross the Lake and you can swim if the tempersture permits on the stairs that access the Lake. This is really a great place to stay! Wir haben uns sehr wohl in dem Apartment gefühlt. Für 2 Personen ist sie optimal. Besonders genossen haben wir den kleinen Balkon, die wunderschöne Aussicht auf den See und die Natur/Berge oberhalb des Sees. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die steile Wendeltreppe zum Wohnbereich ist nicht für jeden geeignet, aber für uns war es kein Problem. Die Verwalterin Anna hat sich wunderbar um uns gekümmert, war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben 😊👍🫶 Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder an diesen schönen Ort!

Bright, beautiful, clean, updated apartment with a great view of Lake Como. Very convenient to a grocery, bakery, gelateria and restaurant. A Friday morning pop-up fruit stand was wonderful! Maddalena was very friendly and considerate and she responded to my questions/needs immediately. I highly recommend this Airbnb and will definitely book again if/when I visit Lake Como in the future. Thanks for the wonderful memories Maddalena!

Einfach perfekt! Die Unterkunft war super sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und dabei sehr gemütlich. Das Bett mit Topper war unglaublich bequem – ich habe selten so gut geschlafen. Alles ist ebenerdig, barrierefrei und somit auch für Menschen mit Einschränkungen bestens geeignet. Besonders praktisch: der private, geschützte Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür Der Gastgeber war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit Hervorzuheben ist der großartige Guide-Ordner mit vielen persönlichen Tipps, von denen ich einige trotz fünf Jahren Urlaub am Comer See noch nicht kannte. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber gut erreichbar und einfach zu finden. Rundum eine tolle Unterkunft mit Liebe zum Detail – ich komme definitiv wieder!

Enrica (AKA Kikka) is a delightful woman who cares about her guests and does everything to make them feel at home. She responded very quickly to any of our questions and needs. She had great suggestions for restaurants, activities and site seeing outings, all listed in an informative book on the kitchen table. The view from the room is magical, almost beyond description, as you look out on to Lake Como both day and especially night! We had a wonderful stay in Bellagio and couldn’t have asked for a better host. Alessia was incredibly kind, responsive, and so helpful in planning our visit. She offered great recommendations and made everything feel easy and stress-free. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous, with stunning views, thoughtful touches, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was how she even came to meet us at the ferry and helped with our luggage, which we truly appreciated after a long day of travel. We felt so well taken care of and would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting!

Wir haben 6 wunderschöne Tage in Mathildes und Camillos Wohnung verbracht. Mathilde hat uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen, gute Tipps gegeben und war immer ansprechbar. Wir würden die Wohnung alleine schon wegen des tollen Ausblicks auf den See und die Berge wieder buchen, sie war aber auch gemütlich, gut ausgestattet, ruhig gelegen, sehr sauber und in Laufweite zum See. Parken war überhaupt kein Problem, der öffentliche, kostenlose Parkplatz war 2 Minuten. entfernt. Zum Schluss noch ein kleiner Tipp: Am Ende der Gasse liegt das "Passer", ein nettes kleines Bistro zum Frühstücken oder für ein gutes Glas Wein.

Die Kommunikation auch schon im Vorfeld war sehr freundlich und die Anreise war somit einfach und entspannt. Wir wurden, als wir ankamen, ganz herzlich in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung ist toll und wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl. Es ist alles durchdacht und fehlt an Nichts. Das habe ich bisher selten erlebt. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder und ich kann diesen Ort zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

5 stars The location of this property is unbeatable — right in the heart of Bellagio’s main city center, close to everything. I want to thank Gioele and the staff for their prompt and very attentive help, especially with our luggage. I had some issues with my knees, and they came through without hesitation, helping my wife and me with all four suitcases. We were truly satisfied with the stay. If you’re planning to enjoy Bellagio and want a great location with thoughtful hosts, this is the place to book. Highly recommended!

Having never been to Como i had no idea what to expect, but Argegno was frankly the ideal spot to land for a newbie. Busy but not hectic, serene but never quiet, the bnb location was perfect for exploring the rest of Como. The place itself was lovely—clean and modern with views over the piazza and lake just past it. Would highly recommend for new visitors to Como.
