Our cozy maritime house, measuring 124 square meters (1,336 square feet), is located just about 150 meters (500 feet) from both the beach and an indoor swimming pool with a heated pool, sauna, and steam room (plus a play area during school holidays). The area has very beautiful natural surroundings where you can enjoy the fresh sea air, and from the property, you can often hear the sound of the waves. The house has a sunny, enclosed patio on one side and a small terrace on the opposite side. About 100 meters from the property is the popular Snail House, and the town's many other tourist attractions are located within 1–2 km.
