The whole plot is surrounded by trees and with a lawn, so you can sit outside completely undisturbed. The house is 150 m2 and has 2 bedrooms with double beds, the 1st bedroom has a three-quarter bed and two beds along the wall. Nice bathroom with shower and a washing machine. New kitchen combined with a nice living room and with access to dining area.

The beautiful North Sea is only 10 minutes by car from the apartment♥️♥️

In Skyum Østerstrand, this cottage is in a class of its own. The house from 2011 is two houses connected by a covered walkway with hardwood floors. The house is suitable for year-round use and has a low energy consumption due to solar cells and good insulation. Heating is provided by a heat pump, which also acts as air conditioning. The house is suitable for a long vacation, where you have the opportunity to be mindful of relaxation or work. The house has three rooms with double beds and wardrobes.

This means that the cottage is just as useful as a "love nest" for a couple who want to enjoy the togetherness in cozy surroundings as for friends who like to be outdoors, perhaps even with outdoor accommodation.

There are circles for the detail and optimized on the practical application. Simple Nordic decor in a beautiful area. Oozes coziness. Access to bike and walking path along the west coast in the immediate vicinity. The house is inspired by Norwegian cabins, among other things, with wooden roofs. Also surrounded by rose hips, along with four other houses.

Bright, simple and cozy tiny house near the water! With parking just in front. Fully equipped kitchen. Terasse with sun from morning to evening. You can make BBQ on the Weber grill. 5 minute walk to the beach. Very quiet neighbourhood with lots of privacy. Only a 5 minute drive to the habour with fresh fish dishes and another 5 minutes to the grocery store. This is a very nice summerhouse area. Don't hesitate if you have any questions! If you go outside, you can often hear the waves of the north sea from the two decks.
