In the house there is a heat pump, pellet stove and underfloor heating on the entire lower floor. * Washing machine * Large TV with Netflix and HBO Max. * Weber Spirit gas grill. There is a new and extended terrace to the east and a small terrace to the west, where the west-facing is surrounded by trees and not very facing anything other than being sheltered with the grill.

In the first dune row, a lovely newly renovated holiday home is rented in Agger Tange holiday center. The area is part of Thy National Park and Cold Hawaii. Come and experience the sometimes roaring North Sea, good fishing opportunities and good hiking/running trails. Free pool access, from Easter week 42 mini golf, tennis court and playground. Bedroom w/2 single beds, can be combined into a double bed. Nice bathroom w/shower. Kitchen combined with the living room, where there is new furniture and sofa bed. There is an agreement with Sydthy swimming pool that it is free to come and swim there, you just need to bring the key with the house number.

We are happy to give tips for good walks, tell you where to pick oysters, (maybe) find amber or help in any other way. Architect-designed house on the water's edge

Sit back and relax in this quiet and stylish gem from 2023. Direct access to the Limfjord with jetty 100 meters from the house. 600 meters walk along the fjord and you arrive at Thy Cablepark with amazing facilities where you can romp on the water or enjoy a sauna walk. Also go on a fjord hike for a kilometer and arrived at Eshøj Plantation. The house is isolated on a dead end road with no traffic and noise. There is a gym in the basement and 4 rooms with beds and the possibility of bedding.

The apartment is located about 2 km. from Lemvig – in beautiful nature, close to the water and Lemvig Golf Club. There is a charging station for cars in connection with the holiday centre.
