Beautiful lawn and several terraces. Space for 4 cars. Within walking distance of shopping, the town center, restaurants, and a walk in the Sødalen. Diagonally opposite is a small playground, and within a short distance are a tennis court, golf course, padel court, and swimming pool, as well as beautiful beaches for swimming. Follow the path 200 meters and you are at the water's edge of the fjord. Here you get the feeling of grandmother's summer cottage house. Perfect for the small family. The area offers plenty of opportunities for e.g. fishing, surfing, hiking, canoeing/kayaking, etc. There is a grocery store, pizzeria, restaurant and cafes within 3 km.
