The old farmhouse was modernized in the summer of 2025 with, among other things, new appliances in the kitchen, new beds and duvets as well as an updated bathroom, new flooring in the living room and a wood-burning stove. Beautiful lawn and several terraces. Space for 4 cars. Within walking distance of shopping, the town center, restaurants, and a walk in the Sødalen. Diagonally opposite is a small playground, and within a short distance are a tennis court, golf course, padel court, and swimming pool, as well as beautiful beaches for swimming. Welcome to my cozy summer cottage in Ejsingholm – only 150 meters from the beach! Here you'll find tranquility, nature, and a relaxed base close to the water, perfect for families, couples, or friends who want to unwind with walks, beach life, barbecues, and togetherness. You can easily find shopping opportunities in Vinderup, and Skive, Struer, and Holstebro are all within a reasonable driving distance. We want guests to feel at home and take good care of the house during their stay. Pets are welcome, but please do not allow them on the furniture.

Styvelvej 2 is a lovely oasis close to the water and beautiful Tambohus. The house is located in beautiful nature with lots of wildlife right outside the door. Follow the path 200 meters and you are at the water's edge of the fjord. Here you get the feeling of grandmother's summer cottage house. Perfect for the small family. The area offers plenty of opportunities for e.g. fishing, surfing, hiking, canoeing/kayaking, etc. There is a grocery store, pizzeria, restaurant and cafes within 3 km. The whole house is newly renovated and looks nice.

There is always shelter right around the house, where the sun is from when it rises until the evening falls. You can go down to bathe in a few minutes.
