Beautiful 2-story townhouse with enclosed courtyard, garden shed, close to shopping, the local train to Lemvig and Thyborøn, and within walking distance of the beach. There are 3 good bedrooms with 6 sleeping places. Fully furnished house. New kitchen with everything you need and a small dining area. In the living room there are good sofas and 2 armchairs as well as a dining table with room for 8 people. Location. Lovely, open house in the first row by the lake. The house is a brick-built villa where you rent the ground floor and the first floor. (The basement is closed off.) Beautiful lawn and several terraces. Space for 4 cars. Within walking distance of shopping, the town center, restaurants, and a walk in the Sødalen. Diagonally opposite is a small playground, and within a short distance are a tennis court, golf course, padel court, and swimming pool, as well as beautiful beaches for swimming. Welcome to my cozy summer cottage in Ejsingholm – only 150 meters from the beach! Here you'll find tranquility, nature, and a relaxed base close to the water, perfect for families, couples, or friends who want to unwind with walks, beach life, barbecues, and togetherness. You can easily find shopping opportunities in Vinderup, and Skive, Struer, and Holstebro are all within a reasonable driving distance. We want guests to feel at home and take good care of the house during their stay. Pets are welcome, but please do not allow them on the furniture.
