Huset ligger for sig selv ved stranden, og her er idyl, fred og ro. Sommerhuset er placeret midt i naturen, og man vil vågne op til bølgeskvulp og dyrelivet helt tæt på. Huset er i sig selv enkelt indrettet, men tilgodeser alle dagligdags behov. Min bolig er god til par og velegnet til natur og kulturturisten.

In the house, there is a double bed, sofa and coffee table and ladder to a small loft. The house is heated with a wood stove, firewood included. Simple kitchen facilities, but it is possible to cook a hot meal. Toilet and bath in the main house, directly at the entrance from the guest house. Cozy newly renovated year-round house, with partial fjord view and with charger for electric car. The house is located on the north side of Jegindø and is a 10-minute walk down to the fjord. The whole plot is surrounded by trees and with a lawn, so you can sit outside completely undisturbed. The house is 150 m2 and has 2 bedrooms with double beds, the 1st bedroom has a three-quarter bed and two beds along the wall. Nice bathroom with shower and a washing machine. New kitchen combined with a nice living room and with access to dining area.

This beautiful, thatched house is completely undisturbed in the shelter behind the dune right out to the North Sea and has a wonderful view of the valley and its rich wildlife. Here is a very special atmosphere and the house is beautiful whether you want to have fun with family and friends, come to enjoy the tranquility and the wonderful landscape or want to sit focused on some work. There is always shelter right around the house, where the sun is from when it rises until the evening falls. You can go down to bathe in a few minutes.

Accommodates 4 cars. Loan bike. Walking distance to shopping, city center, restaurants, and walking in the sweet valley. Opposite is a small playground and within a short distance a tennis court, golf course, padel and swimming pool as well as lovely bathing beaches. The different ceiling heights and intimate spaces create a charming and cozy atmosphere in the old fisherman's house. Towards the water, there is an orangery/sun room and a terrace with a private path directly down to the beach. The house also has a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, where you can cook your dinner on the grill or enjoy the sunset in the evening.
