Linda and Bill’s place was a wonderful surprise. It is tucked away in a peaceful nook of the well established La Mesa community. It is our second reservation here and we hope to be back. The owners are super friendly and responsive. Everything was like described, even better in real life ;) there are stairs to the unit, but this is clearly described in the listing.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean, convenient, and super accommodating. The hosts were friendly, communicative, and quick to respond. We especially appreciated the easy-access parking spot, fresh towels in the restroom, and the Keurig with coffee, creamer, and sugar—such a nice touch. Would definitely stay again!

I had a lovely stay with Dina. I am moving to the SD area and Dina made my transition so much easier. There were some minor issues at the beginning that were quickly addressed and resolved. Dina and Jose made sure I was comfortable throughout my stay and I am happy with the hosts, they went above and beyond. I also paid a pet deposit that was fully refunded as my animals are well trained!

It was an absolute pleasure staying in this cozy and peaceful room! The decor was beautiful and created such a relaxing atmosphere. I especially loved how quiet it was – perfect for a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was also fantastic, very clean and well-appointed. Caroline was a great host and check in & out was easy. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a tranquil and comfortable retreat.

My girlfriend & I had a lovely stay at Abby’s place. It was very peaceful, private, and lots of parking. The location is very convenient as it is only 15-20mins away from the coast, downtown SD, La Jolla, etc. The place itself is extremely clean & well-maintained. Abby & Jim were amazing hosts and checked in frequently which we appreciated! They gave clear instructions for check in & check out. We will definitely stay here again during our next trip to San Diego!

Zina & Craig are family for people far from home! They adopted our family into their lives from the very first interaction on the app!! Snacks, tokens, the vibe was high and the accommodations were PERFECTION! Definitely coming back!! The 420 was on point and the environment so special!! The place was really nice and I like how modern it looked I just didn’t like the pool cause it was dirty I don’t think it had chlorine but either then the pool the apartment was nice the living room and the kitchen were really nice and so was the bedroom it was really comfortable

Can’t say enough great things about this place! First off, Jay and Erika are PHENOMENAL hosts! There was a minor issue with the hot tub, and it was fixed the very next day! Jay and Erika were prompt in tending to the issue and making sure everything was up to par! The gravel parking area behind the unit is perfect and has ample room for multiple cars! The unit is in a very quiet and chill neighborhood and about 15 minutes from a plethora of restaurants in North Park! The hot tub and bed are both great for certain activities (wink wink), and the Roku TV is also a great touch! I will add this place to my list of places to stay when visiting San Diego, and will be booking again soon! Don’t hesitate to book Jay’s and Erika’s place!

This was hands down our favorite Airbnb we have ever stayed at in San Diego. It was spacious and cozy, clean and secure, cool (They have AC :)) and quaint. It had loads of updated kitchen amenities including a sizable refrigerator, which is hard to find when traveling. The apartment kitchen was honestly amazing. The location is walkable to coffee shops and restaurants in La Mesa. We enjoyed Pink Rose Cafe and Farmer’s Table. There is a wrap around porch which we enjoyed during some of our meal times as well as for setting out our beach items in between trips. This place was the best combination of original charm found in the hardwood floors and crystal door knob alongside modern amenities like the amount of outlets thankfully everywhere we looked. And, I cannot forget to share how comfortable the beds were! Next time we travel back to see family in San Diego we will definitely be coming back here again.

Everything about this stay was perfect. At first, I was a little worried about the reviews about the shower water being cold, but both showers had hot water running! Friendly host! Very responsive! And very helpful security at the door! The place was very fresh, clean and beautiful! Definitely one of my favorite stays added to Tijuana!

My two daughters and I flew down to San Diego for a quick getaway. Nessie's place was perfect! it was spacious and had a kitchen with all amenities. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. Her place is right next to a large green open-space with walking trails, etc. We enjoyed our coffee every .morning looking at the view and ended every evening enjoying the hot tub! There is a lot of privacy so it feels like you are there on your own even though there people living above and next to the space. Nessie is also very accommodating and quick to respond. We will definitely be back!

The place is very at ease and very quiet. The carport leaves you a lot of peace of mind and in case the place since you have your privacy. It is very nice and comfortable. You feel at home

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The location was stunning, with ocean views and the soothing sound of the waves—it was the perfect place to relax after a day out. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, and we loved being able to grab snacks from the nearby Oxxo, just a short 5-minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in, which we really appreciated. Security at the front was helpful and friendly—they assigned us a parking space and made it easy to find the building. We did experience a couple of minor issues: the shower wasn’t draining properly, and on the third day, the door wouldn't lock. The host responded quickly to our messages, but unfortunately, no one showed up after we waited about an hour. However, the issue was resolved while we were out, so everything was fine when we returned. Despite those small hiccups, we had a lovely time and would definitely consider staying here again. Tony’s listing was exactly as described in photos & writeup. Very clean & on point. Responds quickly & gave us a heads up prior about a Marathon going on so we could plan travel accordingly. Located in area where you can walk to local restaurants & bars. If traveling to San Diego again, I will most certainly book this place again.
