We enjoyed our stay here very much!Checking in was seamless as the instructions were very helpful. The photos look exactly like the place, it’s very clean, and you have everything you need to feel right at home- even parking. We did experience a noisy neighbor but the host responded immediately to address it and we were able to continue to enjoy our stay. I would definitely book again! It was the perfect place for my little family.

The apartment is located in a new building with a beautiful lobby and a lovely terrace. It’s quiet enough and conveniently close to the Gaslamp Quarter. The place is clean and features an elegant design. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped with everything you might need. Overall, the stay was extremely comfortable, with a clear sense of care for the guest’s experience. There is some construction nearby, but it didn’t cause any discomfort at all — nothing to worry about.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described—perfect for a relaxing trip. The location was quiet yet close to everything we needed. A special thank you to Eduardo for allowing us to check in an hour early—it made a big difference after a long trip with two young kids and really helped us settle in smoothly. Speaking of kids, one of the best surprises was the dedicated kids’ area. We were traveling with two toddlers (both age 1), and the play safe setup was a total lifesaver. It gave them a secure, fun space to explore while we unpacked and relaxed. Overall, a great experience with thoughtful touches throughout. Highly recommended, especially for families with little ones!

I enjoyed my stay. The place was very clean, had strong wifi and had everything I needed. You can hear the music from Las Pulgas so you might want to bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

This was the second time that my family stayed at this AirBnB, and we absolutely love the condo's proximity to the beach. The condo itself is clean with all the basic essentials that you need... boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, and cooking supplies. Both of the times that we've stayed here the condo has been very quiet; we've never heard noise from neighbors. The condo community has several pools, hot tubs, and a tennis court plus the spectacular clubhouse with panoramic ocean views. There are lots of little coffee shops and places to walk to near the condo community and it's very family friendly. The mattresses and pillows are dated, but aside from that this condo is truly a gem.

Wonderful place for a family visiting. Definitely check it out if you are visiting UCSD student.

Our family had an amazing time. Perfect place to spend family time together. The rooftop outdoor space was a favorite spot for all of us. Convenient location. Quick walk to Bay and good local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

The house is clean, spacious, and has great decorations. We find it comfortable to stay in Lawrence's house. The host was also very nice and called us to ask whether there was anything we needed to make our experience better. However, there are about 10 high stairs to the front entrance, which is not ideal for people who have difficulty climbing stairs or young children. It is not a big deal for us, but we do have a toddler, so we need to be extra careful to get in and out of the house. The kitchen would benefit from having an electric kettle, so getting hot drinks (tea, instant coffee) would be easier.

Lila’s Place was the perfect space to host my family traveling from all corners of the US to celebrate my daughter’s graduation! It will be forever talked about at future family gatherings, because some PRICELESS memories were make! The location is walkable to the beach and we had access to beach “gear” in the home. The house is spacious inside and outside with a beautiful (large) outside wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is beautiful, spacious and well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glassware… What a bonus to have the kitchenette upstairs with a full sized refrigerator/freezer and microwave. Even with 10 people staying there, we still had a bed unused!! Speaking of beds, I only slept in the one in the apartment, but every single family member spoke of how comfy their bed was!! The host was extremely kind, accommodating and responsive!! I have only glowing reviews and the Matriarch (GMTHAD), was purring! I recommend this listing!!! Tami Shaffer

This home was inviting and beautiful. Very tasteful interior design that was pleasant on the eyes and comfortable to relax in. The sauna, cold plunge, weights in the garage gave us plenty to do during downtime while the kiddos were napping. Jacquelyn was a friendly, responsive host that really made us feel welcome from the beginning with all of her suggestions/help via message. The location was nice because it was away from the hustle of the streets and the guys had a great time biking (bikes were provided) throughout the neighbors and enjoyed a quick ride to the “castle”. Would choose this home again for our next staycation in SD!

We had a wedding weekend at Coronado and since we had our infant and dogs this location was absolutely perfect to host our family. The home was comfortable and had great restaurants within walking distance. We wound definitely go back!

Best Airbnb experience! Host was great in all aspects of our stay. I recommend this place to everyone visiting San diego, the pool was amazing and the game room was an absolute bonus. We had a mini Grad party and the space was very accommodating for our guests. Everyone had a blast. Beautiful home, great location, close to all the essentials and to the highways for easy downtown and beach trips. The home had plenty of sleeping space and bonuses for the kids with a toy slide and water table and toddler bed. We had an amazing eventful week with a relaxing place to stay.
