An amazing stay! From the very beginning, communication with the hosts was immediate and clear. The house was spotless—very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. We also had access to scooters and kayaks, which was a fantastic bonus for exploring the area. The hosts were wonderful—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

This was the perfect home to escape for a few days. Our host was so helpful and great at communicating with us. The house is beautiful, clean and convenient to local restaurants and the beach. The host has gone out of her way to make sure you will have everything you need. Plenty of towels, really nice beach chairs, clean laundry facility, comfortable furniture/beds, plenty of kitchen essentials… it was perfect!

Patrick hat bereits im Vorfeld viele Empfehlungen zu Stränden und Restaurants geschickt die sehr hilfreich und super waren. der Empfang war auch sehr nett mit einer persönlichen Note und ein paar Snacks. Der Pool ist gleich gegenüber was für uns super war da wir eine kleine Tochter haben und somit das ganze Zeug nicht weit schleppen mussten.

Awesome accomadations! Very roomy and comfortable. Joseph was flexible with our request for early arrival. The community of Burnt Store Marina was very welcoming and friendly! Overall, quite pleased with our stay!

The place was absolutely beautiful and directly across the street from the beach. The amenities were perfect and the balcony with the ocean view was incredible. We had everything we needed from beach chairs, coolers, wagon, beach umbrellas and towels. The host was great and very responsive. We definitely will be back to this unit. It’s the best one we’ve ever stayed at.

Lisa & Chris’s condo on Little Gasparilla Island is such a peaceful vacation. The condo is spotless. The beach is a wonderful place for long uncrowded walks. Sights of Manatees in the surf, fossilized sharks teeth in the sand & fresh turtle nesting tracks heading into the dunes. Bring lots of groceries over on the ferry when you first arrive. Then, It’s an easy ferry ride to the mainland for groceries to replenish your stocks after 3-4 days. The owners are very responsive and go out of their way to make their guests feel welcomed.

Our first time to siesta key and suszanne’s place and won’t be our last. Both were wonderful places and a week was far too short. The condo was in a perfect place for us right by the water and close to the beach. Great sized pool and heated.Everything we needed was provided from kayak, SUPs and beach equipment. We can’t wait to come back.

Best airbnb I have stayed at. Place was really nice, clean and comfortable, host very responsive and he made sure we were comfortable during our stay with his check ins. Airbnb was only a couple blocks away from the beach and maybe a 3-4 min walk from all the restaurants. Host was very accommodating to some of the request I had even on my last day! Thank you so much

Had a fun stay, place was very well kept and super close to everything. Lots of bugs out in the summer time, that’s the only thing, but that’s just Florida 🌊☀️ Host is very responsible and came to help as soon as I reached out about a question. Thanks!

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

Diana’s place is a very comfortable. Very clean, cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen, stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator, washer and dryer. There is a private barbecue area and a reserved parking space. 10 minutes by car to Siesta Beach and 13 minutes to Turtle Beach. We found a beach umbrella and chairs in the apartment’s closet. Also there is a safe in the bedroom which made us feel protected. We are definitely very happy that we stayed at Diana’s place and can recommend it to anyone who wants to come to Sarasota for the holidays.

Had a great stay and beautiful peaceful private beach! I will say make sure you bring your own beach chair and umbrella. It’s stated they have some but I think other guested used them all.

We loved our stay at this condo. Such a great location and close walk to the beach and playground. The condo is clean, airy, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the two balconies. The owner let us burrow a cart to haul the chairs that was also provided for the beach. My son especially loved playing with the boogie boards, also provided. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time to Siesta Key so we weren’t disappointed. . We didn’t get into late and in the dark the place was a little harder to find. The pool is a good landmark. Eric had the home feeling welcoming upon arrival. There was complimentary champagne, red wine, cold waters, and candies. Plenty of towels including a few for pool and beach. Was nice to sit out on the patio in the morning and enjoy the sunshine and some coffee. It was about a mile walk down to the Village where most of the shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and things to do were, but it was an easy walk and/or short trolley ride to get there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Tonya is everything you want in a host- professional, prompt responses and excellent service. The apartment was clean and well appointed. We loved being so close to the beach and everything Siesta Key had to offer.

Such a beautiful place to stay! Very clean! The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes you will need. The view was amazing!!! The free trolly into the village was so easy. The beach accessories were so nice to use. All we had to do was cross the street and we were on the beach. The pool area was also very nice! Grilling area was nice and clean and a small smoking area so my husband could enjoy a few cigars. Great communication! Thank you! Was a fantastic vacation!

Perfect! We had easy access for kayaking in the bay, short walk to the beach. Beautiful sunset views from the lanai. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Meet some really nice residence. Great place to stay!

We got to meet the friendly Host and her husband as they were walking out the door we were walking in they gave us several tips on the area.we walked into a cutely decorated spacious condo very well stocked and clean. The Host left us a welcome card and basket of goodies . we felt very at home right away. we also enjoyed the 2 bikes that came with the condo nice extra and nice pool and beach area. Also very centrally located to many things to do and restaurants. We definitely want to come back in the future. Our stay was exactly what we wanted. Our host, Evan, was great and quick with any questions we had. The condo was located very close to Siesta Key Beach, and we didn't have to drive more than 20 minutes to get to anything that we wanted to around that area, some things even within walking distance. Everything we could have possibly wanted was provided in our home, which really made the week stress-free. We would definitely stay here again!
