Seit Sommer 2025 vergeben wir nur wenige Wochen im Jahr unsere Oase der Ruhe und Natur. Ihr wollt nicht 0815 und so richtig abschalten, raus aus dem Alltagsstress - dann hinein in 1.800 m2 Idylle für euch alleine und entspannt die Seele. Zwei Bungalows, drei Schlafbereiche mit insgesamt 5 Schlafplätzen. Im Sommer (Monate 06-09) könnt ihr im Pool schwimmen, an kalten Tagen laden euch Kamin und Lagerfeuer ein. U.a. mit: modernes Bad, Gasgrill innen & außen, Wlan, Trampolin, Tischtennis usw..

Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum Leipzigs mitten auf einer der besten Straßen zum Ausgehen: der Karli. Obwohl man vor der Tür das Leben hat, ist es in der Wohnung ruhig. So ist die Wohnung die beste Kombination aus Ruhe-Oase, produktiver Arbeitsumgebung aber auch mit jeder Menge Bars, Restaurants und weiteren Feierlocations genau vor der Tür. Du wirst in einem von zwei Zimmer wohnen - in dem anderen lebt mein Mitbewohnerin Jana. Bei uns herrscht eine respektvolle, herzliche und ruhige Atmosphäre.

Living close to nature in the garden bungalow

Welcome to our garden on the outskirts of Leipzig. The bungalow with its 35 sqm is a cozy accommodation and was newly expanded in 2018 and renovated in 2024. In the open kitchen there is a fridge, stove (not oven), kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The garden and pool can be shared with us.
