Great place to stay out of the hustle & bustle of Whitstable but a gorgeous walk in along the beach / coast walk - flat and easy for all. Really enjoyed staying in this area - lovely houses and beach feels very private. Plus the house is 3 houses down from the sea and upstairs bedrooms have great seaview. Very sociable space - 4 couples stayed and we had so much room to cook, eat & sit and the garden is a bonus.

Due to issues with the original booking Laura very quickly contacted us and arranged for us to stay at Quince cottage this was a lovely clean place to stay with a large garden and easy access to all amenities so we were very happy with our stay.

We had a wonderful weekend at Starlings. It is the perfect place - great location, the house was comfortable, clean and lovely inside with all necessary bits 'n pieces to make our stay enjoyable. It is so lovely to be able to walk to everything in a couple of minutes and yet be on a peaceful street. The sun was shining so we could enjoy the garden aswell. Whitstable is a fabulous place to visit. Thank you Caroline for everything.

Staying at Fleur’s place was such a treat. A gorgeous, elegant house with a garden for miles. Super easy to check in, and we had everything we needed for a weekend away. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t want to leave at the end!

Helen’s place is really a great home to stay in and looks way more spacious and light than in the pictures. Very cosy, so many rooms and inventory to discover, what a great vinyl collection!, dog friendly, great communication. We spent here time as a group of 7 and really enjoyed our time and relaxation away from the city. Helen even left me Champaign in the fridge for my birthday! So lovely. Many thanks, we would definitely come again!

The property was exactly what we were after. Spotless and had everything we needed. Great location for getting to things to do. Would certainly recommend Duncan as a host and would happily stay here again in the future.

A perfect home away from home! The caravan is in a great location and has everything you need for a perfect stay. The caravan is spacious, with a bonus of having outside decking and seating that looks out onto the sea. There are activities on the park (including an outdoor heated swimming pool which is a bonus, in addition to a shop, restaurant and clubhouse which had some good entertainment. This was all shared in my welcome email which was greatly received. The place was really clean and the added welcome gift from Shanice was a really nice gesture. I would definitely stay here again. We had a lovely stay for New Year, we were mainly exploring Whitstable which was so close by and lots of walks on the beach just over the road

Very nice caravan, really tidy, great value. Harts is a decent holiday park but gets crazy busy! The town is pretty scruffy but everyone is really friendly and my kids had a super time.

A great stay to celebrate Christmas with the family, by the fireplace, around a beautiful tree and nice little gifts as soon as we arrive! Nikitia was very attentive to us and even recommended several Christmas activities in the area...

Jeremiah's place was fantastic, it was perfect for my family and I. the beds were comfortable. we will definitely stay there again in future and I will highly recommend this to other guests

Really lovely cabin at the bottom of Gemmas garden, spacious but felt cosy and equally ideal for summer. We had a bbq and sat by the chimnea in the evening watching & listening to the owls, so quiet, not near any main rds etc. Also saw some muntjac deer & hares amongst the other wildlife nearby. Definitely recommend tea on the green in danbury for a breakfast, and Olios for a lovely dinner and drinks, both 10 mins away. We also booked a boat trip at papermill lock which was really nice.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Darren & Maggie's. It was a perfect place to stay while moving in between homes / travelling. Peaceful, quiet and private. Everything worked as expected. 10/10 would recommend.

Really spacious and comfortable cottage in a great location. Very quiet but only yards away from the bustling high street, bars, pubs, restaurants and the beach. Dedicated parking place right outside the cottage which is a variety in Whitstable as parking there can be a bit of a nightmare! Very comfortable beds. And it was very easy indeed to operate the heating which isn’t always the case. Steve was a very accommodating and responsive host.

Fabulous stay in Whitstable! The house was perfect. A great location, fantastic amenities and dog friendly. It was a lovely weekend and we hope to be back again soon!

We had a wonderful stay for Christmas with the in-laws. Matt was very responsive and helpful before the booking and throughout. The house is lovely and even nicer than the photographs. The communal space is spacious and well set out. It was very cosy and ideal for hosting the family. We couldn’t recommend more highly!

We spent a very happy Christmas at the house visiting relatives in the area. The house is well appointed and extremely comfortable - though you do need to be a fan of soft beds (which I am). Everything worked and was scrupulously clean. The only problem we had was that the fuse for the cooker and oven had been tripped before we arrived but there was a rapid response to our (panicky) phone call and we were able to locate the fuse board. The area only has one small shop but it's a fairly quick walk or train ride to the town. Overall very nice stay and we had lots to do around Southend including the pantomime and the Helen Mirren phone box / museum! Worth a quick look. (I think it was on the corner of Alexander Road and Cashiobury Terrace). Anyway, thank you.

Despite some awful weather we were very cosy in the cabin. It is well situated for walking foodies, being between the Sportman in Seasalter and the restaurants in Whitstable, walking alongside the sea mostly. Many thanks for the loan of the yoga mat.

This house is very clean and modern. With a well equipped kitchen. The ensuite makes it perfect if sharing with friends. Plus a downstairs loo. It is a ten minute walk to the beach which has a nice cafe . The pub was a ten minute walk the other way. Serving food. The garden is big and very private with furniture and a small BBQ. A very nice two night stay.
